This was our first and only time camping here. Only reason they got a star is because thats the only way I could leave a review. Sites aren't level at all. No privacy with sites. The camping sites are litterly on top of each other. No true woods. Site number 13 is HORRIBLE the firepit is basically in the edge of the site of the tree line property. We will never be back. The people next to us had to move their camper 8 times before it was level. Such a sad name for a campground. There is an area in the back of the campground. While we were there the people that were in that area blasted music until at least 130 am. In the guild lines quiet time is 12am - 9 am clearly not everyone that camps here follows them. Very sad.

We camped here this Labor Day weekend and had multiple issues. We have 3 dogs ALL ON LEASHES and had issues with multiple sites having dogs off leash coming into our site (rules clearly state must be on leash, not in beach area buildings and mini golf area). No tables in site, no Y hook ups for double sites! Group site fire out EXTREMELY small for groups! Sad to say unfortunately this will be our last time here!

Amazing beach. Awesome campground. Great fishing. I recommend bringing a canoe or kayake. Very peaceful and relaxing. Bring your own beer though. The bar has an atm and a credit card machine but they will only take your card to pay for camping. Not for food or drinks such makes me think they just want to pocket the cash.

Stayed here this weekend with 8 others guys. We had a normal campsite and mostly hung out by the fire, booked out and drank some beer. Everything at this campground will cost you money. They nickel and dime you until you can't take it anymore. I am not a cheap person at all but $1.50 for a shower, $1.50 to use the beach, $1.50 to park, on and on and on is a bit crazy. I am surprised they didn't charge for toilet paper in their disgusting pit hole toilets. Friday night was pretty normal as we drank by the fire, checked out their bar (awful) and came back to go to bed. On Saturday we got up early around 7am to go golfing. Later that day the owners drove by the site and told us we where too loud last night, when we explained we where not at the campsite for most the night because we were at their bar they said ok, but constantly harassed us and drove by our campsite really slowly for the rest of the night. They didn't seem to notice the massive underage drinking party across the way. The "seasonal" campers here that have permanent campsites are the definition of redneck. They constantly drive by the weekend campers campsites in their golf carts with their bright lights. They also have this weird thing against anyone who doesn't have a permanent campsite there and are very rude to you at the bar and around the campgrounds. Overall the campsite was good size, the...

This was our first time staying here. Our first impression was that it was not clearly marked on how to actually get to the campground. Once there and finally checked in we were happy to find that the site we booked was a double. We asked if we could have our daughter and SIL join us from another site. Of course we could, but they wouldn't get any of there money back even though they ended up renting out their site right away. Fine. We get to the site and it is filthy. There are wrappers, straws, bottle caps and debris everywhere. Fine. We chose to eat at their bar/pub for Friday nights dinner. The food was great, but might I suggest that being a family establishment your staff should have their butts covered and put a bra on. The second day we weren't there much due to a ball tournament. On Sunday morning we decided to leave and as we were packing up we noticed that a few people were trying to empty their campers waste. Well no one was able to because the tank was full so you had to drive home with the waste in your camper. All of the garbage dumpsters were overflowing on Friday already. There was no one around checking on the grounds at all, and if you mentioned something needed replacing in the bathroom you received an eye roll with an ok. From the rules that they send out and you have to agree to in order to stay they are sure not followed. Very...

Not sure what the rest of the reviews are talking about but myself and 8 other people stayed at this campground on July 13th and 14th and had nothing but an amazing time. We were not charged for showers or using the beach. You only had to pay for those if you were not a camper. The lake was amazing.. very refreshing. Our campsite was in the "rustic" area.. we were all with other non-seasonals. As for noise? Our campsite was relatively calm - some loud talking and music. We never got talked to even though we loud past the "quiet hours". And our neighbors were even worse! Music playing through their truck speakers and playing beer pong til 3am. Were loud the whole time and never scolded. It was nice to be able to do what we want, how loud we want. The owners were nothing but pleasant when I saw them at the beach and shop. The bar and bar food was good with large quantities for a fair price. We are planning another trip in September we enjoyed...
