Today, I visited for the first time with my brand-new snowboard, boots, and gear, and I had a fantastic experience! As a beginner, I wasn’t sure what to expect, so if you’re in the same boat, this might help.
When you arrive, head inside the lodge and stop by the counter to get your pass. They also have a convenient spot to store your bag, shoes, and other belongings. Rentals are available if you don’t have your equipment.
The staff were super friendly and helpful, so don’t hesitate to ask questions. I’d never used a rope tow before, and while it was a bit tricky at first, I got the hang of it after three attempts (and had a good laugh about it)!
