We were looking for an unspoiled secluded place in the woods which is also comfortable enough for our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 little kids and a dog. I am so glad we found Andrea and Scott's place - I highly recommend it!
The house/ cottage is way more beautiful in person. We were welcomed by the host and provided with a quick orientation of the place.
Everything we needed was available and thoughtfully arranged - entertainment center, board games, coffee and tea selection, a well equipped kitchen with all tools and utensils one would ever need, a functional bathroom, ample closet space, high chair for the baby and even a playset which my 5 year old enjoyed a lot! I was amazed at how presentable and thoughtful the arrangement was!
We spent most of our time at the deck - listening to bird song and the sound of the water stream/ brook near the house. It was the perfect getaway that I had been craving for. I will absolutely go there again!

Generous is the first word that comes to mind when I think of Andrea and Scott. We stayed there in April 23. The place was in a great secluded and private location. The home was very well equipped with all the amenities you could think of. Even though it was raining the entire time we were there, the piano, indoor fireplace and the well stocked kitchen kept up pretty occupied.
Scott met us on arrival and gave us great information on the area and a tour of the place. He very patiently explained how everything worked and generously offered us all the wood we needed for the fire.
It was great meeting Andrea and Alex and even let us check out late. We'd be happy to visit again when we want to get away...

We stayed at Scott’s Airbnb cabin Fall 2023. The area is beautiful and the cabin is very thoughtfully designed and organized. They renovated the building themselves. Kitchen is equipped including spices; firewood provided; speakers; everything we could think of to have in a vacation rental. There’s a hammock hanging right by a creek that runs through the property —very peaceful!
