Very comfortable. Room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable and firm. Has a small gym inside along with a swimming pool, and hot tub. Nice arrangement with a meeting room and little business area with computer setup. The front is arranged nice too with a very cozy inviting and relaxing area with ample seating to sit and relax. Very convenient with a gas station almost in the same lot along with a convenience store that really carries what you'd like to relax with back at the hotel. There was a Continental buffet style breakfast that was beyond what I've ever experienced before and their staff is on point. They don't mind helping you out and I wish I knew they had the pool and gym area because I would've brought workout clothes and swim trunks.

This hotel is absolutely horrible, would not honor a late checkout not even for a fee, walls are so thin I can hear everyone talking and getting on and off the elevator. Pool was overcrowded with screaming children, so we sneaked down when the pool opened at 7am, seen it was open and decided to take advantage of the quite. We got into oir bathing suits, headed back down and the pool and hot tub were closed for them to be treated. If u ask me the pools should of been treated at 10pm last night when they closed it!! The bathrooms are in need of a desperate remodel, (posting photos of leaking toilet) clerk claims the hotel was at "max capacity" for late checkouts. I will NEVER EVER be booking here again!! What a waste of money

The location is convenient — just off I‑90 and about 15 minutes from downtown Albany. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. Only downside was the bathroom — it was clean but a bit dated, with water leakage from the shower pipe to the wall and some wear around the edges like peeling wallpaper. Breakfast was fine — eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, cereal, coffee.

Where do I begin? Well we arrived well after midnight for a fashion show that was to be held at the hotel later that day. the same day we checked in. One of the people we road with checked in at 3am when she realized she wanted her own room. We got to the front desk and the overnight desk worker comes from the back looking sleep and doesn't say hello or literally 2 words to her. She is 100% blind in her left eye and he slaps the screen towards her to confirm what she could not see and because she could not see and because he didn't say 2 words to her she didn't know about the $50 incidentals hold until later when I who was a guest explained it to her. He just pushed the screen her way and told her wait. that's literally it. Honestly and im going to not try to be dishonest but my experience made me feel black. normally when people treat you human its okay to let your guard down and be human but after the experience at your hotel I would NEVER ever give your business another 1 of my dollars. I didn't mention my experience on my social media because I understand people have families but this was not all that frustrated my stay. That morning we called the front desk because the fashion show was at 3pm and asked to extend our hours to at least 2pm or maybe 3 being that we checked in at 3am, being that a 6 hour stay shouldn't be a $215 bill and they said they can do 1pm then the call was transferred to a manager who said 12 noon but that was pulling teeth. My friend who is blind was treated so poorly she came to me and said, "You would think if businesses wanted you to return they could be slightly friendly but the 7 to 3 shift was absolutely short with her. Granted she could not see but to push the computer check in screen towards her like she was bothering the overnight worker by asking where to push the button was ridiculous. and we are not going to begin on the tone and unprofessionalism of the daytime manager. All we needed was until at least 2pm. I was a fashion designer for that show and I had to sew the rest of my items in the banquet hall on the floor because they acted like one room for more than 6 hours was a hassle. Wasnt worth the attitudes, the feeling of disappointment, and no willingness to help a paying customer. why would we pay for a second night when we checked in a few hours before checkout and had to leave to come back to our city around 5pm that same day? I was actually baffled by how racially undertoned our experience was. And im one who likes to write it off. and because this is my opportunity to speak im going to tell it. The staff was mean, and short and unwelcoming and we will as long as our heart beat never give a dime back to that...

First was booking a room. I called because we needed 1 night for a wedding happening there and the person said oh there’s no more blocked rooms but I also went on the website and that said rooms were available so I mentioned that and she was like well we have rooms just not blocked rooms but I can give you an unblocked room. Had I not looked online I may have thought all rooms were booked and tried to stay elsewhere communication was not clear. Then she told me it would be over $200 but I again referred to the website that has a lower prepaid rate and she said oh well I can give you that rate if you want. Why not tell me all rates available and let me pick? Another wedding guest had a similar issue they saw rooms available online two days prior to the wedding but called and the person actually said you’d have to call after 11p because I can’t see and don’t know what would be available. How do you not know what’s available at your own hotel? Booking aside you would have to pay more for an early or late check in. This used to be a just a nice thing the hotel would do based on availability. That also aside we get to our room and our sheets had blood on them in quite a few spots top and bottom sheet. We didn’t check in until 10 pm so they had please of time to ensure we had a clean room. We called and the person at the desk said oh I can’t leave the front desk but you can come down and get clean ones. No apology that we were given filthy sheets and then said to my husband what size sheets do you need is it a king? You should have a list at the front desk with what size beds are in what room. Also he had no apologies when he got there in person to grab new sheets. The bathroom could use a little work in that room as well peeling wall paper and grout that needs to be replaced. Staff was also confused with multiple weddings happening about which events for which guests. This was a pricey staff for one night compared to many others and I’ve stayed cheaper places with much better service. Staff needs more training and clear communication about what’s happening but especially customer service training. Wouldn’t stay again unless it was my only option. Bloody sheets is unacceptable and staff not knowing if rooms are even available and not providing all options up front is just bad business. We just need an adequate room and stay and aren’t looking for a five star experience from a basic level hotel chain but too many basic needs weren’t even met. Wi- if also didn’t work at all...

We tried to give this hotel another shot. Previously we had a room where the gaps around the door were so large we could see out in to the hallway with the door locked and there were dogs barking early in the AM, and kids running down the hall screaming (in hearing shot of the front desk). This stay we were happy to see we were way down away from the dining area, etc where traffic would not be heavy, so we assumed. Their room doors really bang loud when they close. So there was no hope for a nap after driving. They kept banging, but it was daytime so knew I had no argument. The entrance from outside to enter the hotel near our room also had a door that banged. So from midnight til 2am as all of the late nighters came back it banged. Then people were going from room to room those hours every 2 min another door banged. Midbight to 2am was extremely loud. Finally fell asleep after 2am when things settled down but woke to the sound of kids running the halls and the family above use was allowing the kids to jump from the beds to the floor. And it sounded like a gym. For 3 hours loud banging from that. At 9am we finally gave up on trying to get any sleep. All of the stays here we have always gotten 4 hours of sleep or less. There is water damage on the doors and the carpet feels damp. The toilet paper roller is under the sink in a weird spot. And it doesn't roll once you put a new roll on it. It has to be half gone. We had to wash down the shower prior to use as there were hairs throughout. The extra pillow in the closet has stains on it, so we were glad we didn't really need their pillows as we brought our own. Breakfast is OK. Typical continental breakfast. They could use another toaster or two. The tables are very very wobbly. Hot coffee is easily spilled. Their sidewalk in the back is uneven, though it plays tricks on your eyes, and you will stub your toe or trip. When I explained concerns to front desk they stated that we had to call them every time and then they could do something. I explained they couldn't tell individuals to not enter the hotel and then their rooms. And packing up and changing rooms at midnight/2am is not fair to us. I have never heard louder doors. This stay there were not dogs barking which was a plus. The hotel is easy to get to & from. I believe they want to do well but the design of the hotel is flawed. It was built without any sound proofing. I mentioned much of the same issues to the front desk...
