What a wonderful experience! From the warm greeting to the moment we left, we felt like family. Only without any hovering! Janet and Dave provide a clean, well-managed facility. The pool was outstanding! Large enough to really get a work-out. The hot tub was exceptional. There are men’s/women’s showers right at the pool level! Continental breakfast with cut fresh fruit bowl made the morning there even more enjoyable. One kindness to mention: Dave and Janet kept the pool open one hour later than usual just to give us a chance to take a dip on Saturday night. So much appreciated! Rooms were large, spotlessly clean, and the frig was the perfect size. Plentiful ice in the common room. All around perfect and flawless. My husband and I both highly recommend this place. OMG, winter, spring, summer or fall, Allen Lake Resort has it all! Janet and David, the owners, are simply amazing. They are truly so knowledgeable at running this resort to make our stay simply the best. From the breakfast to the pool, hot tub, sauna, which is in an enclosed area, to the patio area with the fire pit for cool evenings. The rolling hills with the horses wondering around adds to the beauty of this resort. The rooms are immaculate and the common room, where you have breakfast is also a game room or gathering place for your family or for making new friends with the other guests. Showers and bathrooms are also located right off the pool area. You can use them right after you work out in their state of the art exercise room! They off a wide range of exercise equipment that you would expect only from a private gym, but is also included while you stay at this...

Rustic B&B meets modern hotel; the end result being a quiet and quaint location with modern amenities. If you're coming for a wedding at Knotting Hill Farm or to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame, skip the motels and stay here instead. This is a new build, only a year or two old, everything is clean, smells new, and the pool area (pool, hot tub, sauna) and gym are immaculate. There is a continental breakfast, 9 LARGE bedrooms, a patio area, lawn, with picturesque views of the rolling hills and valleys native to Central NY. It was peaceful watching the owner's horses graze in the fields. Speaking of the owners (who live in the attached house), they are sweet, affable and very accommodating.
