Timberview Resort — Hotel in Town of Turin

My most Bestest half and I need some time away. A co-worker of mine had used Timberviews' services for a second year and was very happy yet again. That being known along with knowing that area a little bit, I made a reservation. There are no weather related refunds and being September, I selected an enclosed comfort unit. When I arrived, the selected unit (family style)was available and was offered the two seat Northstar that had become available. Of course, we took the "coupe" instead of the "family sedan". The morning rental young man was knowledgeable about the equipment. He also assisted with the Bluetooth not desiring to initially connect to either of our devices for music ( BOOMING JBL system). Very excellent weather day. Polaris GPS was easy to use. No issues with the machine. Only used 5.5 gallons of fuel for the day ( NOTE: Fuel is NOT part of the rental cost, like a vehicle, receive "full", return " full".) We did not stay overnight on location, we used another facility in Lyon Falls, only moments away.

I have already told several friends of this facility and hope to return...

Not a nice place to stay. We stayed here one night while quad riding for the weekend and that was it for us. We packed up and went elsewhere. We will never come back.

I wasn't expecting anything fancy, but staying here means you'll be sharing your room with wasps like our friends did, and waking up to them on your pillow at 5am... there were flies and wasps all over and dead flies and wasps at the back door. The sliding glass door handles were broken and difficult to lock. What's the point of having a porch with a view when you can't get out the back door?

The food was meh, nothing to call home about. Breakfast was greasy and cold. Worst of all was the petrified and putrid smelling dead mouse I found under my chair during dinner hours.

Also, their gas is ridiculously expensive.
