Absolute gem of a family campground. Clean, quiet, and plenty of activities to do while staying here. We swam, rode pedal cars, played horseshoes, used the paddle boats, canoed, kayaked, and swam some more! Our children, 5 & 8 years old, loved making friends on the playground. So glad we found this place to basecamp and day travel to Letchworth and Stony Brook State Parks for further adventuring.

This is a very well maintained campground with owners that truly care about their guests! Most of the sites have lovely grass, are pretty level and large. There is a stocked lake, playground and cute little peddle carts for the kids. We didn’t utilize the bath houses. We will definitely return if coming to the area again!

Quiet, peaceful campground. Firewood onsite for reasonable price. Slushies and ice cream available at the store. Propane fills available. Only a few minutes from Warsaw where you can find Walmart and Tops (a local chain grocery store) and the Amber Lantern for some delicious food and local brew.

I regretfully write this review to share my terrible experience at Dream Lake Campground in Warsaw. This campground was an absolute nightmare from start to finish, and I strongly advise anyone considering a visit to steer clear. I booked for 3 nights and returned back after 1. So, think how worse was the situation...

The primary reason for my negative review and returning home is the treatment by both the management and some people who (probably) live there. I think it was based on color and appearance, which i vehemently condemn. I don't care much if it was from random folks who lived there, but this was from the management in my view. The people who lived there were basically uncivilized, and they used harsh and inappropriate words against my family, which was absolutely uncalled for even if there was disagreement about anything.

Upon finally entering into my campsite, I was appalled by the lack of space and organization.

Furthermore, the amenities promised on their website were nowhere to be found. The Wi-Fi was almost non-existent. The supposed 'dream lake' wasn't clean (but i should have kept my expectations low returning from banff and jasper lakes!!) This doesn't qualify anywhere!

The noise level at Dream Lake Campground was excessive during the eveninguntil 11, however, the management complained the next morning that we made noise! Not during the occurrence!! We didn't even have a speaker or loud speaker in the first place... all the noise came from near the lake where they were situated!

To top it all off, the security at this campground was non-existent. I witnessed individuals roaming the grounds who randomly stopped our car and talked to us in a fowl language (refer our initial interaction), are they management folks? Why would someone random talk?!! Security is a hole!

Overall, Dream Lake Campground was an absolute disaster. From the subpar space, and nonexistent amenities to the lack of security and condescensing / biased staff, this campground certainly did not live up to very basic expectations. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for a more enjoyable camping experience - at least, people with different origin and color, because you will certainly be treated bad...

Meh. Kind of Rinky-Dink. No pool. The jump pad was just a small pillow thing. Very dusty since nothing was paved. No trash pickup so you had to take your garbage to the dumpster. Very few sites with full hookup. Called to order food since and the woman who answered was rude and seemed very annoyed by us ordering. However, the real deal breaker turned out to be the owner. We had to cancel our trip a week before due to a business situation so we lost a $67 deposit, which I totally understand. Two days later it was worked out so I rebooked. My original campsite was taken so I took the last one available, happy there was one left at all. I called the next day to see if I could get the original deposit back since we were able to come after all and the other site got booked. The owner just told her employee to tell us no and didn’t even bother talking to us herself. Not a big deal at the time and I didn’t think much of it until after the trip. During our stay the owner was extremely nasty and over the top, driving around the camp ground yelling at people and barking rules. She’d enforce rules on some while others were doing the same things or worse. She was actually screaming at my autistic son from across the pond, in front of all the other guests (about 40 people) and it was an extremely humiliating situation for him. Just an overall very bad experience. I Would not go again especially when there are so many beautiful campsites around the area with people who create a positive...

Dream Lake, more like Nightmare Lake. To start, the owner, the lady with long permy hair is a terror. While she is the 5mph police enforcer, she whips around on her golf cart as fast as possible. There is nothing to do here except the lake and tiny beach which is just a dirty sand hill btw. The most atrocious of all things though, is that online and over the phone they advertise and promise their fish frys and chicken finger dinners on Friday and sometimes Saturday, they had the nerve and without warning to close it down and host their own families graduation party and not allow any access to guest. If you are going to Charge full price but hold back some of the big draws, you should be ashamed and not be running a camp. Also the camp store is tiny but fairly priced. Except for the water. Bottles of water for $1, which they are just reselling save a lot water, is unforgivable. Save your money and time and go to Beaver Meadow or Triple R. This is not a family focused campground and the owner makes it know. Also overflowing waste baskets in all the bathrooms. You know, there was a famous person in history who had a speach, “I have a dream”. Well I have a dream, and it’s never to relive this...
