Jeannies Dream Motel — Hotel in Town of Winfield

I don’t know why or what is wrong with people these days to be such cruel petty people to write such bull crap what don’t you get it’s a Motel, not a hotel or a five star Hilton HOTEL so if people stay for one week two week months at a motel, you get a motel AT ITS BEST FROM WHAT I have Spent 2 months I would Just like to say real quick, any how that I am age 50 in the middle of going through a divorce the one thing that I love the most about this motel was how understanding the owner was and continues to be by allowing me to have my pet at the time that I needed her the most next to me and the number one thing is that I will continue coming back to this place the new owner is such a good caring person who understood what was needed and gave me what I could have gotten from this MOTEL at the time because my dog is my best friend so whoever you are I think your flea problem was only a bad hygiene problem because I own dogs and never had a flea problem or gotten flea infections hahah sry but not sry to laugh because I take showers and scrub my body just saying!!! And i love and miss the last owner as well and will miss her dearly she done n give EVERY THING SHE CAN!!! So with that being said and I have been to multiple motel n hotel in these and other areas in ny it’s by far my #1 choice from the new owner to the new cleaning crew that they have who does a remarkable job always kept my room and others squeaky clean, the maintenance man always seen fixing or tending to whomever needed any kind of assistance they do amazing job now and everything that they’re doing to make it better and continue to keep improving as much as they can to make this place the one that is a must go to like I said you have to actually be here too know what I’m saying I want to know where you can find a place this cheap this clean neat quiet with a great peace of mind and understanding in this area please someone show me where it is because I’m 100% sure this MOTEL GIVE YOU THE BEST THING IN the WEST WINFIELD NEW YORK AREA||||MY PERSONAL AND HONEST OPINION||||Jenny dream Motel. I spent 12 days at Jeannies Dream respectively Nightmare Motel and paid 900 dollars in cash. The stay was very disappointing. Unfortunately I got room number 6 right next to the office. When the night porter came, there was loud noise every night, but really every night, from 9pm to 3am. There was either loud talking, arguing with the wife or the TV was on too loud. It was impossible to sleep. I knocked on the wall several times in protest, but the night porter took no notice.

The room and bathroom were not clean when I arrived and were not cleaned thoroughly during my stay. To make matters worse, I also caught fleas. I have never gotten fleas in my entire life. This is probably because dogs are welcome in this motel.

My buddy had also rented a room, but was able to stay with his family after two days. He also complained about the cleanliness and conditions in his room. When he arrived, the previous tenant's used towels were still in the shower.

Unfortunately, I was unable to find alternative accommodation. I had paid in advance and was afraid I wouldn't get my money back.

The owner of the hotel didn't understand me properly, didn't listen to me and spoke even worse English than I did. This made it very difficult to communicate my concerns. Overall, the stay was very unpleasant and I absolutely cannot recommend this cheap dump. I will definitely not be returning.
