Really loved this park! Several sites have water/trail access. The sites are well-maintained and there is a new "bathhouse." The bathroom has nice stone floors, marble counters, fans, clean toilets, and half the stalls are showers. The walk to the bathroom and inside it have motion sensing/power saving lights.
Sites have a packed dirt/gravel tent pad and picnic table pad. They have 2 light poles, paved driveway, and stumps around the edge of the driveway. Sites are wooded. Most are pretty shady and
There is a walking trail that runs along the water's edge. It's easy to get to from the campground. The whole loop is maybe 5 miles with the opportunity to use the shortcut to cut it in half.

Step out of the shower and into a sauna so you can gack up again...
Read morePossibly the nicest campground bath house I've ever seen. Water fountain with bottle filler. Excellent grounds maintenance - very nice set-up and up-keep. Wheelchair-accessible cabin available w/accessible picnic table and campfire ring. The cabin we had was cozy and spacious. AT&T service ok.
Be sure your cabin lock code email arrives in your inbox before the office closes (or you leave wifi service area), so you don't have to wake up the friendly camp host at...
