This place is amazing! First thing you need to know though is that it is on an off-road trail. Like don't book this place if you are in a lowered Honda, but we have a 2 wheel drive stock Ford Explorer and it made it no problem in summer. Next thing you need to know is that it is absolutely amazing! They have four beautiful cabins that are all decorated thematically for a lodge. They have an awesome lodge with an amazingkitchen you can cook your own food in. Professional stove, cast iron pans. Common areas are filled with local historical items. So much to see! This was the highlight of our two week vacation. Wish we had found it sooner. The hosts Lindsay, Tony, and their kids are super friendly and know all the neat things around to go see. Thank you for such an awesome place. Can't wait to come...

Awful experience. Drove out to the lodge end of june 2015. At the time when I reserved and paid for a room on Expedia it said a full bath was included. This was not the case. The bathroom was more than 100ft away and had no toilet paper. Electrical extension cables were on the wet ground powering the units. No exterior lights outside. No markings to find the lodge. No cell service. No ADA accessibility. Over grown weeds everywhere. Extremely disappointed with customer service as well. Avoid...

I have stayed at the Lost Trail Lodge several times and it has always been a unique, fun-filled experience. In the winter, I loved sitting in the lodge and watching the snow drift down as I drank hot chocolate after a long day of cross country skiing. In the summer, I have enjoyed laying in hammock under a tree watching the clouds drift above. It is a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind. If you are really lucky, some of the local musicians will play music for you in...

Amazing place. The family that runs the lodge is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The location is beautiful. I loved the drive out there (so much fun!) and that lack of signs. No cell service or wifi. Turn off lights when you aren't using them. Superb getaway to disconnect. The bathrooms are beautiful and kept very clean. Overall, nothing but great things at the Lost Trail Lodge.

Awesome cabin tucked away in a beautiful forest. It was a great place to have our work retreat. Can't wait to go back next year. The drive in was fun, 4wd vehicles highly recommended. Be ready to have a few scratches on your mirrors if you have a larger truck, the tail in got tight at times.

Excellent lodge just barely in the backcountry. You get all that outdoor feeling without having to hike/ski for hours and hours. The Lodge has a cozy feel with all sorts of games and is fully decked out in mountain decor and doodads. Check it out.
