I moved in last week. I was originally supposed to move in at the beginning of the month. It has been the biggest nightmare I have EVER experienced. When we first got our keys, there was no water. I had to call the leasing office to get them to turn the water on. I get a call a couple of days later, that we had a water leak and that it created a big mess. Having to cut into the walls, change the flooring out, removing the insulation, cabinets had water damage, etc. I had people working in my trailer coming in and out. We had been trying to keep communication with the office and it looks like they were lost too. I had a contractor GOING THROUGH MY PERSONAL ITEMS when I was at work. Nobody claimed that they were going through my personal belongings, but I have pictures to prove it. I now have a $300 electric bill since they had construction fans on for a week straight trying to dry everything. I had people coming in and out all week stressing out my two ESA dogs. These subcontractors would talk so much shit about me saying that IT IS MY FAULT that we had a leak to begin with. Talking in Spanish when they would assume that I don’t understand. I speak Spanish, I have my entire life, I understand every nasty word they had to say. Almost wish we didn’t sign here. They are not taking responsibility for the emotional damage and the financial costs that we are facing.

3/31/25 I'm still waiting for a office response regarding my electric bill. They never answer email that we send, I have to call them for any type of update. There really fast to answer my review but not my emails. There more worried about covering there ass...

My family and I just moved in this past week. I was hesitant to move out this far but I must say I am over the top happy with the decision I made for my family. Martie helped us through the entire process and at times I know I must have wracked her nerves with my never ending emails and phone calls but she was always kind and took the time to respond promptly to me when I reached out. One day she was going to be busy most of the day she even took the time to email me and let me know, so if I did not hear back from her I would know why. That is going above and beyond in my book.

My daughter has been raised in the city and I wanted her to have a safe place to play and be outdoors more and to be a kid. In less than 24 hours my daughter had made 2 friends and she has been playing outside like a kid should be able to to do and this mama did not have a mini panic attack at the thought of it.That kind of peace of mind for a mother is priceless.

RJ the maintenance guy has also gone above and beyond to help us from sharing any insights he had on the property, to helping me unload my truck when I had to fire my movers for breaking my things. I’m still pretty new but so far I’m nothing but grateful for the management here at Creeks Crossing and for the peace I have in my heart knowing I made the right choice moving here. Did I mention the home I got...

Everyone has different experiences at different places. When I first went there to rent the home that we eventually wanted to buy, Martie was the only person there and it was post covid, so she was a little stressed out. Trying to get things done by herself. My experience there with Martie overall was a good one. There were times she was unavailable but eventually she hired good front help at the office. Due to personal circumstances, I had to move somewhere else. I told Martie, after one year I plan on going back with a better creditscore and buy a house then. One of the previous reviews said that the community felt like home. I agree because it reminds me where I used to live when I was a kid. I hope Martie stays there or finds a successor that's as good as...
