About the only 'good' thing about this location was the sign in the office saying that you had thirty minutes from check-in to get your money refunded. But even that was a problem.

Was first given room 126. Went in, checked it out... bathtub was half-full of scummy, smelly grey water, and the knob for the drain broke off in my hand when I checked to see if the tub would even drain.

Second room we were given was 108, and the door was busted. Didn't even need a key to open it, it popped right open when I started to put the key in. Didn't even bother checking the rest of the room, was no way I was staying in a room that I couldn't be secure in.

Third room was 109. Room smelled like a gymbag, shower knobs were gushing water, and bathtub was dirty. Three strikes, not going to continue to bother, and since this process has taken less than fifteen minutes, I go in to get my money back.

The woman behind the counter (owner? owner's wife? who knows...) ran my credit card several times, and a bunch of receipts printed. She only showed me one, though, and I thought it looked a bit odd but didn't question it. I left, but about a half-hour later I had a nagging suspicion that something had gone wrong. I checked it against the original receipt, where I had been charged $45. This new one only said $40, and it didn't show a refund in any capacity. Being already down the road at this point, I call my bank. They had not refunded me. In fact, they had CHARGED me another $40, $.40, $.40, and $5.

Will never, EVER return to...

Can I give negative stars? This was absolutely AWFUL. I don't always hate a roadside but omfg. The surrounding area is not good, so run down and poverty stricken. The check in was great. The man was super nice... BUT... I'm staying by myself and I've had my "do not disturb" on for 3 nights. I've had a housekeeper knock and ask about towels once, which I didn't need, so no. But i was here and annoyed... Then I just got back at 2am after working an event and they turned off a light in my room so I KNEW they were in there. (How many other times had they come in bc I wasn't here??!!) Went immediately and complained (as a young white single woman to an irate middle eastern man at the front desk): Why is anyone in a room that has a tag out?... he did not like my approach and according to him it's GA law for them to have a right to invade your room if you've reserved for over 24 hours. I've seen multiple employees during my time here so ????... they know I'm here. I've barricaded my door and now don't feel safe at all here. I'll now be leaving tomorrow, a day early. I can't believe this and know I won't get my money back. I'd much rather sleep in my car. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!!!!! The reviews before were mostly about cleanliness... this is about safety and respect. SCREW THIS PLACE. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOURSELVES, YOUR LOVED ONES AND YOUR STUFF. This is not worth it. Stay north on 75, an exit up, and save yourself the hassle... or just sleep in your car ANYWHERE else,...

Seen several billboards for motels for $30 to 40. Some had WiFi and/or coffee, breakfast. We were tired, and couldn't remember the names of others we picked this one. I've had better for $35, and a couple worst than this one. This tends toward the worst end. Off to a bad start when I asked "1 room, 2 people, 1 night, 1 bed, smoking". "yes, of course", she said! Room was in front 1 door from office. King bed, 2 face towels, 2 wash cloths, towel on tub for mat was still damp. My guess is not washed or dryed from last guest. No ashtray, so I walked back and asked. English is not one of their strengths. NO NO SMOKE. I repeated what I said, and the lady said "of course". Gentleman repeated, NO SMOKE Room, SMOKE OUTSIDE, OK. There were 2 cars by the rooms, not a busy night at 10pm! So I figure a little lie got them $35! Room large, dim with small bulbs, one lamp missing a bulb. Old TV. Dirty carpet and floor. Shower mildewed, with the cold tap knob spinning on the shift, hard to adjust. Looking at the other reviews to the side....yep, they have the facts. From the billboards there's same price places that promise more...maybe! $35 is $35, and you're not getting much for $35. $40 with tax!!! Just noticed my receipt, Lady said $35 with tax...she lied again! lol. live...
