Iron Creek Inn & Suites — Hotel in Upton

We stayed at this hotel for an event held in Upton. First off, wow, it's brand new!! It even smells brand new when walk into the hotel. The general manager, Shelley was working and she was absolutely incredible!!! Her customer service made us feel welcome and she was a joy to talk with. The bad news, there is no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor and we had a lot of luggage. Hahaha! I guess the good thing is I was able to get my stair steps in going up and down, but keep that in mind if you are going to be staying here. The even better news ... the whole staff was absolutely amazing each day we were there. As a matter of fact, we were given an extremely late check out on the day we were supposed to leave to help us with our schedule we had that day. I'm talking 5:30p checkout. I can't think of another hotel that would do that without having you pay either for an extra day or a crazy cost for a late checkout. This place is so great that I had to leave a review before we left. We were just staying the night as we passed by on our way to Yellowstone. The staff is amazing and so friendly. No matter what we needed, they made it happen! I came with my service dog and they were so kind and accommodating to us. Especially Jennifer! They even had doggy gift bags with treats/poop bags up at the front desk. The rooms were really clean and super nice. Wonderful experience staying the weekend here. New hotel, exceptionally clean rooms, and friendly and inviting staff. Breakfast is included, and Ida, who prepared breakfast during our stay, is fantastic! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to anyone needing a place in the Upton area.
