The once KOA now Vinton RV Parks new owners, park supervisor and their park manager has certainly exceeded expectations when it comes to a lot of hard work making the park a beautiful place for overnighters being right off west bound I 10 and 1st Vinton exit, vacationers, workers The new owners, supervisor and park manager have certainly put Vinton RV Park on the map for best La. Has to offer for vacationers, frequent travelers, Delta Downs horse race track seasonal meets, and workers from different construction sites needing a place to stay. The park was badly damaged from hurricane Laura and Delta in 2020 and they have done a beautiful job restoring the whole park. Everyone is very kind, helpful and friendly. It's very clean, well kept and family friendly having a nice clean swimming pool, clean well kept showers and restrooms, free Wi-Fi and laundromat, a large recreation room with pool table and air hockey, big screen TV's, beautiful sitting areas including clean rest rooms and a kitchen. Warning stay away from this park! Was working nights and my wife and kids were home well there was a weirdo staying behind us sp# 67 an old fifth wheel with a bunch a junk outside! My wife heard something about 1 am while I was at work and looked out the window and this punk was trying to look in to our window a peep n tom! My wife than got my gun and called 911 and of course cops couldn't do nothing! So we moved the heck out had been there about 5 days paid a months worth and told the lady the situation and she was not a bit concerned and also said We would not get our money back are you freaking kidding my wife could have got raped or who knows what had she not reacted quickly. As far as I'm concerned they are related because she didn't even kick him out! So be careful if you decide to stay here don't recommend with men working nights with family this place is sry and so are the cops for not doing nothing but we will leave it in...

As we pulled in the office it looked closed , on the door it read if no one in the office to call this number if no packet was hanging up, so I called. He said he could see me and he will bring our packet with information in it. He comes through the door and doesn't say anything but hand us out inf,and return to his office. No number to our lot and the map was such a bad image you could not read it at all.we figured out lot number by going back to when we booked our reservation.as for the map we drove until we found out lot.maybe there was 6 campers in the whole campground and they placed us next to someone.we were so close we could not sit on the side of our camper we had to sit in front with the truck..laundry was free yea!
