I have been coming here for decades. This is a quiet, out of the way campground.
It is more of a car/trailer campsite. Rvs can work here, but there are no hookups.
There are vault toilets and there is a pump for water. There is also a playground for the kids.
The lake itself is a small lake, with some fishing to be had. There are also a few miles of hiking trails with two back country camp sites. It is best suited for small water craft like canoes and kayaks, however motors are allowed and you will see some fishing boats.
The beach isn't much, but it is sandy in the water and the water is often warmer than nearby Lake Vermillion.
