I lived in a Camper full time in 2019, I was a seasonal camper at ez kamp and i had enjoyed it back in 2019 for the whole year. Its what lead me to beleive that if or when id want to come back and stay in a cabin ,that I wouldnt have a problem and would probably be welcomed back as a old friend so to speak because i always paid on time for eletric and lot rent for the season when i use to stay at ez kamp. But thats not what happened at all. I called friday 6/23/23 to come and stay a weekend with my wife and child since it was my wifes birthday weekend, and when i called i spoke with a woman and asked if they had had any cabins available to stay in for the weekend and she replied quickly with yea we do, and then she quickly changed her tone not more than a second later back tracking to saying and asking if i was a friend ,or if i had family who stay seasonally at ezkamp and i quickly awnsered no. She then asked if i have ever stayed at ez kamp and then i replied well yea. I was a full time seasonal camper a couple years back. She asked my name i replied my name , she must be new and not recognized my name because she was like hmm i dont remember you. She then asked what camp site i use to stay at when i was there back couple years ago, i reply with i dont remember the number because it was a couple years ago and we moved to 3 diffrent camp sites through out the full camp season just for change of scenary. She acted like i was lying to her about ever staying at ez kamp ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ™„. So then she says they keep the cabins only for friends and family of seasonal campers again. I reply with well i dont have any friends or family staying there at this time no.because i couldnt think of anyone in the moment, i wasnt coming for extended family anyhow. WEll anyhow we got declined an we both ended the call. I got to thinking almost immediatly after the call well first off how unporfessional they had become as a business. For declining a return customer who never did any wrong at the campground. And that i also do have family at the campground my aunts son whom i wont name so they cant retaliate against someone who has nothing to do with this review. But i guess its okay tho they dont ever really get many people staying in them so it comes down to lost income for them and a never return again customer. Heres your proof pic of my camper when i (was seasonal) Best of Luck

We called at 6:30 pm on a Sunday- we were in Fort Wayne without reservations. We just wanted a quick stop camp ground for the night. The camp staff answered and had 1 50 amp site available- made the reservation with just my name. We pulled in about 2 hours later. Very smooth check in and easy to navigate the camp ground. We did not use any facilities or ammenities.

After leaving, and promising to move the camper on a Wednesday, the "management" seemed to think we were going to try to "leave without paying the check" (15 dollar electric bill). We don't do things like that, and only utilize what we use, and never make a mess. We saw the neighbor (who planted grass and made her site look very well) get harassed about a very nice decoration that made it look like "home". Uncalled for, unprofessional, and very judgmental of people. Sorry, but professionalism or good communication isn't this places' strong points. In fact, its right next to the highway, so a little bit loud. Not much for the kids, and not very kid friendly. In fact, several seasonal campers overheard one of the female managers mention how she didn't like children there. Easy move for us really. Some of the people there are very nice to be around, but be ye warned....if you do everything, including follow the made-up rules that are not in the agreement...you'll be treated like you are from the wrong side of town. I'd definitely say they are racist people the way they treated us. Never will...

We've been staying here 2-3 times a year for 3-4 years to visit my dad who has a seasonal site. First couple years were great but since they changed management it has done nothing but decline. Almost every time we've had an issue with site placement (they book us on wrong site or move us). This past weekend was the final straw and we will not be back until they change management. We don't trust them or feel they are competent enough to run the place efficiently. Pros: campers are great, sites are spacious enough, pool is nice when kept clean. Cons(besides bad management): trees/brush throughout the campground are in desperate need of trimming/cutting down, entrance drive is narrow and interior drives have a lot of pot holes, sites are quite sandy, electric is spotty when it is hot and everyone is running their air. Too bad really that a few bad apples ruin the experience because the owners are trying to improve the campground and it has a lot of potential. We really enjoyed being able to camp...
