We had a monthly rate of about $600, plus we paid electric. Park is 95% long-term stay, probably workers from nearby. As such, it is almost more like a neighborhood. There are kids and pets out playing. Many people had two vehicles, and tried to park both in their spot, which resulted in a lot of vehicles over the fire lane and added to the cluttered look. Park was very nice and had been built with lots of good amenities. Large clubhouse area with kitchen, TV, pool table and general place to hang out, which people did. One of the best fitness rooms I've seen. Game room. Laundry looked good. Bathrooms were unisex combo bath/shower, very roomy. Pool area looked good, but we were there in the winter. We were backed up onto the lake, which was nice with a little walking path around it. The dog park is small, about the size of an RV site, and the gate literally opened into our site. Everyone going to the dog park had to walk into our site. This was fairly convenient for us, and most dog owners were very polite about it and friendly, so it worked out, but what a bizarre design. We used the internet hookup and connected our own router, and it was one of the fastest internets we've encountered at an RV park. Despite being very crowded, the park was clean, well kept and the people were friendly. There is no sleeping late in the area we were in. Many people leaving for work would start their industrial diesel trucks at 5:45 AM and leave them running to warm up. Very, very loud. Also, there is a train track nearby that goes through Waller, which runs very regularly (including 5:30 AM), and has to blow its horn at every crossing in Waller (quite a few). I would not call this place a vacation destination, but would still recommend it if you need to be in the area for any reason. We camped at Jetstream RV Resort at Waller in a Fifth Wheel.

We loved this park! So nice! The amenities are wonderful. Pool us heated (our one night stay it wasn't as warm... but I was assured that was not the norm.) The size of the lots are great! We have a 43 ft rig and 2500 4x4 truck, so we take a little space and it wasn't a problem. Office staff were incredible. So very accommodating and friendly... THANK YOU! We will definitely be back!

The registration host was very friendly. Her computer went down so she assigned me a spot and said we will take care of it in the morning. It was just pouring outside so that worked for booth of us. Got a great spot by the pond. TX. The pond is Catch and release.

SCAM ALERT and Cannot Handle Freezing Temps

SCAM ALERT: if you have a pet, this location will attempt to charge you a $500 non-refundable “pet deposit”. But they’ll wait to do it until after you’re checked in. Highly suspicious. Got a text from the manager couple days after checking in requiring this absurd fee. When we showed her the Jet Stream policy ($50 deposit), she backed down. We talked to many other guests who had the same experience (except they paid it!). The manager has charged this $500 fee for guests in RVs, guests in Tiny Homes — doesn’t matter. And it always comes in a text message a few days after check-in. I called all other Jetstream parks, none have this policy. I reached out to corporate (Jacob Snyder) to see if they were aware of the apparent scam — crickets.

Weather and Freezing Temp Issues:

Update: now on Day 4 of Jet Stream electively shutting off water. And it’s 37 degrees outside.

The Jet Stream RV Resort in Waller is not capable of handling cold weather. The local staff has always been friendly and supportive, but the reality is that this facility just isn't set up to handle cold weather. Don't stay here in the winter. They recently shut off water to the entire park over a 3 day period "to prevent frozen pipes." Since we're staying in one of the tiny homes, this means that our family has no access to water or septic services. And in the end, they ended up with frozen lines anyway. We've now been without water, septic, or sewage for the entirety of the time the facility was without water and we're still without water/septic services because the lines froze. Local management passed me to their corporate manager, Jacob Snyder, who was not supportive and just emphasized that we signed a document negating the landlord-tenant relationship. We are also getting text messages from the other guests who are confused about what's happening. The facility just isn't able to handle the cold. Great place to stay in summer, but don't stay...

Honestly, this place is pretty out of control. When I got here, the reception from the assistant manager was fantastic. I parked and started enjoying myself. The first time that I met the person next to me, he started complaining about how horrible it was that they rented out the slip that his wife Parkson. I paid my money, if you wanted to reserve the spot, you should’ve paid for it. One of the reasons I chose my spot was that I would be next to the showers. The bathrooms are rarely cleaned. Every time I go in there’s urine all over the toilet… It’s just disgusting. I know I saw the same beer can in the trash for three days in a row, so that’s at least three days that they do not clean the bathrooms. I thought it would be great to go to the swimming pool. It’s fenced in, you would think that I’d be a nice place to go. These people take their dogs into the swimming pool, I do not understand why rules are not in enforced. I like dogs just fine but definitely not in a public swimming pool. Something needs to be done about this place. I hope corporate checks reviews Update: my hand, nearly immaculate. Truck has been scratched, mopping park next to my camper. sense of other peoples property and they cut through the tiny little cash in between the campers in my truck and they have damaged it. Still getting prices from body shops, and I can have...
