The view at venue for this hotel was spectacular. We booked my daughter's wedding more than a year out. Everything seem to move along until we were notified that the wedding coordinator had quit. When my daughter contacted the owner, she assured her that she would take over and everything would be fine. As the wedding got closer, she could not receive any contact back from the owner or from the bar manager to be able to finalize all details, stressing out two weeks before her wedding is not the proper thing to do, but we overlooked it when the owner finally called back and promised she would be there the day of the wedding and not to worry about anything. Upon arrival we met the owner Neil, Very nice gentleman, polite I needed help with something special I was doing for my daughters wedding and he said anything you need and was very accommodating. First night was fine staying there. Our room was clean and comfortable the next morning when I went to check to see if my daughter could have early arrival I was told it would cost $50 extra but then they informed me they did not have a room for her. Again, her room was booked a year in advance, the front desk clerk used extremely condescending tone to me telling me to calm down when I wasn't even uptight. I was just concerned. I said well if you find her a room, I sure hope you wave the $50 early arrival fee for the three hours, she said yes, of course, but we were charged for it , Kelly, the front desk girl did find my daughter another room and her tone did change with me. She worked very hard throughout the weekend making up for the mistakes that we're being made by herself but by the lack of communication from the owner of hotel. ( these wee basics. Clearing the pavilion out for our tables and chairs, taking care of fire ant hills, wedding around ceremony area etc) They had a very sweet new girl working the front desk. I have forgotten her name. She was Indian. It was her first job and her first weekend working there, she was so precious so business like and polite perfect person to have at a front desk kudos for her and for hiring her and I sure hope they keep her, I know some of the staff was hard on her through the weekend and yet she never got upset and continue doing the job. She knew she was supposed to do but all of us and our family adored her. the day of the wedding the owner of the hotel said she would be there the entire day to make sure all went smoothly but we never saw her nor her husband once. The Wedding coordinator for the hotel had quit the advertises venue has a coordinator. I guess the owner was to busy driving her Bently around to lower herself to help at our wedding g. We had to do everything ourselves and I mean everything ourselves. Per the hotel the charged us $80 a day for 2 small dogs. My room at least was clean shower pressure was terrible, not enough towels and we could never get enough towels because they didn't have enough to have a full capacity hotel. Would have to go to the front desk ask for more toilet paper, coffee, etc. when you were paying $240 a night you expect some sort of room service for your room. They are still using Covid as the excuse for not cleaning rooms Breakfast was OK, but again not to the standard I would expect for the amount they are charging for that hotel. I have traveled all over the world and stay in many nice hotels. That amount of price I would've expected a lot more. Our refrigerator leaked the entire three days. We were there all over our floor. Once you check in, you really don't get any service beyond that unless you ask. I need to start a second as the bar is owned by another person. I understand it's a family member. This organization is all run and managed by Pakistani family. I will leave my review for him and the overview bar on the next section. Please Do not be fooled by the beautiful view I would never suggest holding a event here. They took what should've been an easy beautiful day for my daughter, and turned it into a very chaotic...

To experience Fantasy in Lights was the reason we chose the Warm Springs area for our hotel location. Initially we hoped to stay at Callaway Gardens’ property. Thankfully, there was no room for us there. A web search revealed Aiden by Best Western @ Warm Springs Hotel and Event Center. Really? This beautiful property…. In the middle of nowhere? Being skeptical of all hotel property owner photos in general, we read the many reviews, looked at photos by travelers and then phoned to ask hotel staff questions. It is with mixed feelings that we submit this review. We would like to have this hidden gem all for ourselves! But we know other families should enjoy it as much as we have. From the time that the three-room reservation was made until we had to leave, the hotel's staff and owners were exceptionally accommodating and respectful. The longer we were there, the more we were satisfied with our decision to stay at Aiden. Very. Family. Friendly. We grandparents made the reservations for ourselves and two of our adult children and their spouses – each couple with two children ages 3 - 9. We were grateful that we were assigned adjacent rooms. We had many questions for the staff regarding the property and Covid's ongoing effects on standard amenities. We faced no surprises upon arrival. The only negative comment that we can make is biased by our family’s knowledge of the flooring industry. The installation of carpet was not well done. So, it is time for replacement in some areas. Breakfast was as to be expected – an included buffet. There were hot-bar items as well as cold fruit and cereal. We didn't plan our trip relying on a hotel breakfast being a deal breaker. The rooms (including the carpet) were clean and odor free. Our beds were comfortable and smelled fresh. The bathrooms were clean and safe. The Lego-like soap bars impressed a 5 year old.  Points for grandparents! This was a Christmas celebration and we wanted our getaway to be perfect. We spent hours on the Aiden property before and after visiting F.D. Roosevelt State Park and Fantasy in Lights. The kiddos were not stuck in hotel rooms with their electronic devices and TV. They enjoyed playing “soccer” games and romping outside. Adults enjoyed the outdoor public spaces and the patio area outside our rooms on the ground floor. Coffee pots were steps away inside our rooms to brew our individual favorite roasts k-cups that we brought along. Enjoying our coffee while watching the spectacular sunrise over the foggy valley and distant hills was an unexpected plus. The sunset was an equally wonderful experience while consuming adult beverages from the hotel bar. We were allowed to use the huge, beautiful Gazebo for our small group to exchange gifts and enjoy family time that will forever be cherished. Family photos were taken with the amazing view in the background. There is much to explore in the area. We are planning return trips to this hotel since it is centrally located for our families and we feel...

I am so grateful to my son’s new mother-in-law for finding this gem! We're already planning a return visit. While the view was incredible, I asked my family what their favorite part of our stay was, and we all agreed: it was the people! Kathy, Heer, Dhvani, Bernard, Kelly, Brittany, and Skylar were, hands down, the most attentive, personal, and kind staff we've ever encountered. They didn’t just display professional kindness — they truly treated us like family, offering the kind of thoughtful hospitality you’d expect from a visit with close relatives. They made our wedding weekend relaxing and restful rather than stressful.

We quickly learned their names because they were so involved in ensuring all of our needs—and even our wants—were met. Kathy made sure our rooms were booked and coordinated for the wedding, accommodating special needs and keeping us all on the same corridor. Bernard, Brittany, and Kelly worked tirelessly all day to get our rooms perfect, even modifying accommodations for mobility needs. They greeted us with a joyful, “We’ve been looking forward to your arrival!” Skylar was always hands-on, helping with cleanup and providing anything we needed without us having to ask. Heer and Dhvani were incredible, offering signage, beverages, and keeping a watchful eye for anything we might need the entire weekend. Their vision for managing the hotel is impressive, and they will undoubtedly do an amazing job! I’ve never left a hotel feeling like I’d made a friend, but Dhvani’s personal care is truly exceptional!

The pavilion is a perfect location for any event — whether it’s a wedding, rehearsal dinner, homeschool gathering, conference, family reunion, church event, or even an English Country dance! The ground-floor rooms have easy access to the beautiful views, and all your wedding guests can make it with just a short walk.

With Warm Springs just down the hill, the location is ideal for rest, shopping, antiquing, hiking, or grabbing a nice coffee or smoothie at the Lightning Bug Café. The springs are also nearby, and I even saw signs for a pickleball court! For catering, I highly recommend working with The Other Side Restaurant. They went above and beyond to provide delicious food at the pavilion.

The rooms themselves are updated with heavy, sliding barn doors for the bathrooms and remodeled showers. Breakfast was expansive, offering options like almond milk for non-dairy guests, a pancake machine, and even espresso in the lobby for a few dollars!

The beautiful pool, GORGEOUS pavilion, fire pit, outdoor games, and lovely conversation areas were thoroughly enjoyed by all of us. It’s the perfect spot to relax and take in the view. Plus, the hotel is just an easy hour’s drive south of Atlanta, making it a great escape for some fresh air away...

My husband and I were out for a motorcycle ride, stopped at the marathon gas station in Warm Springs for a rest break, and asked where we could find a meal. AJ sent us to Aiden, Best Western Hotel, said to tell them he sent us:) - We arrived to find a lovely group of ladies who welcomed us in and showed us to the bar and grill outside. What a great atmosphere! From the patio to the magnificent view, it was just so relaxing. We felt like we had the place to ourselves. We ordered a simple meal, hamburger steaks, potatoes, salad, and greenbeans. I have to say, it was absolutely delicious! We've been to restaurants in Columbus, paid 4 times as much for disappointing food. I was very pleasantly surprised here. We will absolutely make this a regular stop when we're out riding! - Thank you, AJ and ladies, for a wonderful evening and good comfort food:)

I stayed at the hotel this past week with my boyfriend. I got stuck in Georgia because of a hurricane in Texas. When it was time for me to leave the staff arranged for a car to get me to the airport a Dhvani drove me to my pick up spot. It’s not something they typically do but, that morning they can see the desperation in my face and I appreciate all the help they gave me. Gaya was the best she even gave me sunscreen for the pool, because I did not bring my own, so thank you to her for the kindness! All in all my experience with the staff and the owners were a 10 out of 10 if I could give them more stars I would! If I’m ever back in Warm Springs, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. They went over and beyond for me ! Thank you, Debbie

Checked in... hotel itself looks nice and new, but the room was disgusting. The room was made up like if it was cleaned, but it was clearly not and just made to look that way. I went to shower and noticed a used bar of soap and wash towels were in the shower. A large used towel thrown on the floor. Because of this, we started looking around and uncovered the sheets to find pubic hair and bodily fluids on the sheets. We called down to the front desk and informed them to come up to clean the room and they never sent anyone. We packed our bags and left. The manager/owner had nothing to say. They obviously skimp out on the housekeeping to make it look like the rooms are cleaned. Never coming back
