This hotel was the worst hotel that me and all of my 20 plus co workers have ever traveled to. I am a retail traveler and I have been to over 30 hotels in the past year. This hotel was by far the worst. The management is EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. They start your room for cleaning then abandon it and finish it at their convenience (photos will be attached). The toilets stop up constantly, so much so that every room is equipped with a plunger. The toilet overflows and they make you clean it yourself. It is ridiculous. On top of all this chaos the front desk associates are NEVER at the desk so if you want to buy something good luck because no one will be there to help. Last but definitely not least, the washers do not work nor does the dryers. You have to test them out before trying to see which one works and by then you already wasted your money. I urge you not to come to this horrible place. ***The photos are the unfinished room and the stopped up toilet.*** The response that the owner stated to this review is false. First, you only addressed the unfinished room and the toilet you did not address anything about your poorly ran establishment that I mentioned. Second, not ONE employee addressed the toilet issue to ANY of us (myself and my employees) only when the problem persisted. The hotel manager stated that “you cannot flush toilet paper and that’s what the trash bin was for.” She also was very rude during a phone call regarding this issue stating “what do you want me to do? Get on my knees and clean every corner” after my toilet overflowed. The problem was only resolved after a report was made, the hotel manager was not willing to fix anything until management got involved. Your response was false and irrelevant to the matter. I am actually embarrassed for you and your team you guys are without a doubt the worst establishment we all stayed in. In fact, it was so bad we were all at work talking about the issues we were all having. Expect more reviews from us thanks.

I stayed here with my family for a week. Unfortunately, it was not an overall positive experience. The first room we were put in had not been completely cleaned by housekeeping. We noticed after putting all our stuff in for the stay. So we had to be moved. It was a hassle as we had to go up and down stairs repeatedly to get the new keys working right. In totally we spent over 30 minutes moving between the rooms after driving 10 hrs that day. The rooms here have no ventilation at all. So hot showers leave the rooms very muggy all day. The humidity clearly damages lighting fixtures and drywall in the bathroom. The shower towel rack fell off when I touched it, the light fixture is rusted and warped, and the shower curtain rod was also coming off the wall. See photos. Our toilet also had a problem with the flapper so it would run continuously unless you fiddled with it every time. They advertise a gym and laundry room. However, the gym has no ventilation, so it’s pretty smelly and uncomfortable. The washer and dryers do not accept coins, and instead use an absolutely terrible app which requires you to pre-load money. The app has terrible ratings for a reason. I will say that generally, the front desk are professional and pleasant to work with.

Bathroom no hand soap, towel holder falling off the wall. Had an issue with my toilet running allnight. Eventually the toilet overflowed while in use. The staff member brought towels and a plunger. I asked if I could have the room properly mopped or change rooms seeing as though toilet water flooded the whole bathroom and was still running. He told me they were too short staffed for it to be mopped and sprayed with antibacterial and they were too full for me to change rooms. They weren't understanding at all and I was visiting for a funeral which I explained. I asked if while I was gone someone could take the mop over the floor takes 5 seconds was told yes just to shut me up but when I returned nothing was done same toilet shoe print on the floor. THANK GOODNESS for staff change she assisted me immediately Also they don't tell you ahead they charge $5 a night for parking FOR WHAT? The parking lot is huge not like there is limited space and if you're short staffed why are you renting out so many rooms? Doesn't make sense . Not a good stay

Oh boy where to begin. To start I used an agency to try to reserve but couldn't get two different rooms. We called and reserved both thru them after they told us we could cancel one if needed. They re-assured us. We called 2 days later to cancel 1 room. They told us they couldn't because it was reserved thru a travel agency(apparently one they use but they didn't know about it?!?) but told us we couldn't cancel. Once arrived, our room smelled like body odor, the ironing board was left out, there was day(s) old coffee left in the coffee maker, the bathroom didn't look cleaned. Later on that night, I had to go down to the front desk to get blankets(there were no blankets on the beds) By this time, I was really hoping the sheets have been changed! I let them know my concern at the FD and they thought "Maybe it was the new cleaning lady that she didn't know how to clean their rooms" They were kind enough to give me blankets and towels. But they didn't offer to clean the room or move us, help past that point or compensate us anything. They said we could call next time and not have to come down(but the phone didn't work either) This hotel is VERY poorly managed and all the front desk that we spoke to(when someone was around) seemed put out, bothered and that the customer was always assumed wrong to start. While waiting at the FD one time, there was someone asking for soap and coffee and they treated him the same. I later washed my own coffee pot and threw out someone else's coffee grounds and then asked the FD for coffee, but they ran out and didn't have any to give but decaf. Today, I found out that I've been charged 4 times for this room(this may not be their fault but due to "travel companies") I asked if our room could be refreshed as in new sheets really since I was unsure. They told me, since COVID, they only change sheets if I stayed there longer than 7 days! But she did offer my own sheets if I wanted to change them! Nooiice! :) Noisy car alarms and motorcycle revving motor late on Saturday night, running in the hallways late at night and I was going to call, in case the FD couldn't hear it, oh yeah, my phone didn't have a dial tone but was plugged into the wall. I do not recommend this hotel! I think it has a bunch of potential and in a quite neighborhood but management was lacking in every way! May a little extra to stay...

I have absolutely no idea what is with the bad reviews. This was the best hotel I ever stayed at! The entire staff, Joanne, Victoria and Lisa are amazing and very helpful. This is a hotel that is like a studio apartment so it has a full kitchen which has a toaster, stove, frig has ice maker, it came with kitchen utensils, plates, cups, pots and pans. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and I loved the comfy pillows. Cleaning service does a great job especially Lisa, the new ones need to do better. Anytime I requested anything they were always helpful and you always tip the cleaning service if you are a decent human being. I needed a place to stay that had a full kitchen because I’m moving out of state and I didn’t want to be stuck in a lease. I stayed for 4 months so I know the most about this hotel. I had my two dogs with me, they have potty bags outside and lots of empty land to walk them. No issues with tv, lamps nor phone. I reserved the room for a month through Expedia but as usual they didn’t write in that I needed the first floor but the front desk got me a first floor room. Also when I extended my stay it’s cheaper to do it through the hotel than a travel website. Packages and mail arrive a lot and always signed in. Pros: 1.Great staff 2.Clean 3.Quiet 4.Safe 5.all amenities Close to target, great restaurants, Downtown Naperville and centennial beach Pets are allowed

Cons: The washing machines and dryer are a little tricky at first and kinda expensive, $3 for a load, so $6 to wash and dry. Also READ the signs, when it says don’t touch, don’t! And clean out your own lint trap, some people are just dumb and gross! There is no pool cause it’s a “simply suites hotel,” but has gym and office Keep your keycard away from your phone! It’s a simple instruction. 4.They need to fix the parking lot, way too many potholes. They should clean better when someone moves out like the headboard, dusting, cleaning inside and outside cabinets, microwave, frig and...
