Warsaw Inn — Hotel in Warsaw

I recently booked 2 hotel rooms at this hotel for 2 of my workers staying in the area for a job. Honestly we are speechless. From beginning to end, it was a horrible experience. From the start, the lady who booked my reservation couldn't understand me and it took about 25 minutes to just book it. Still wanted to give it a chance because we understand sometimes in certain circumstances you have to just do what you need to. Probably should have seen that as a red flag, but we're cool people. We prepaid for the room with a credit card because our workers would be arriving late as they were traveling. Upon check in our workers found live bedbugs, roaches, a sticky fly trap hanging down in the corner of the room, dirty chairs with gross stains and more. We understand maybe some older styles or worn furniture, outdated stuff even but there is a difference between outdated and DIRTY. Our workers did not stay in the rooms because of how bad it was. When we arrived to the office this morning and found out about this we called and asked for the manager first thing. We tried to politely explain what was going on and he would not have any of it. He accused us of lying stating there were no bugs. He stated that he was holding the two rooms for us and he would have sold the rooms to someone else if he knew they didn't check in. Yesterday while booking our rooms we were told there was a lot of availability. After telling us he would not give us a refund several times he stated that customers were waiting and he didn't have time for this and hung up. We called back to try and resolve this issue and he proceeded to hang up again. Honestly its disgusting to treat paying customers like that and between the proof we have provided down below and our conversation (if you can even call it that) I would not recommend ever going near that place. Its really gross and disappointing to book a hotel room, 2 actually and count on it being at least a little bit up to par for guests only find this. Based on the pictures as well, there's a huge chance that it is a health hazard to stay there more than a few minutes, so just don't. We have hopes that the manager will try to reach out and resolve this issue but judging on his character that's...

I was poking around online, and I remembered my unforgettable trip to the Warsaw Inn several years ago. It was a stereotypical family situation where we couldn't drive anymore late one night, and we had to have a place to sleep on our trip. There was nowhere else close by, and if there was, we were very unfamiliar with the area. We just needed a bed for a few hours in order to get some rest so that we could get back on the road in the morning.||||After we stopped at the front desk and paid for our room, we drove around back to get our room. As we drove around back, there were a couple of police cars with their lights on parked in front of a room just a few doors down from ours. Great. They finally left, and I was hoping to get a little bit of sleep.||||Within 20-30 minutes after the cops left, there were people constantly driving up to the place, getting out of their cars, going in and out of random rooms, etc. Keep in mind that this was probably between 2:00am and 3:00am. I've been around the block enough to know that these folks weren't trading baseball cards. Needless to say that my prayer life was pretty amazing that evening.||||I understand that a hotel can not control its clientele. It can't control what people do. Just be wary and know what goes on here. Maybe it's different now, but it was an evening that I will not soon forget.
