Hillcrest Motel — Hotel in Washington Township

I stayed there from February 12/2023-febuaray 24 /2023 and when I first stayed there owner charged me 320 for the week which is really high for what they offer,,don't ask for towels because your very lucky if you get one towel for the whole week,,the second week I was there the owner of the motel charged me 330 the second week and the owner is a foreigner and not friendly at all ,,,I'm telling you do not stay there it's horrible place to stay ,,for basically 100 dollars more per week you could stay at the red roof inn in greendale Indiana and get towels toilet paper and the people that run and operate red roof inn are very friendly people,,,but this Hillcrest motel is a horrible place to stay!!! You would be better off at the heart house down the road,,, homeless shelter I promise you that the owners there do not know how to satisfy and take care of customers,,there greedy and unfriendly people,,, sincerely Greg king Feb 23)2023. Look the owners didn't clean my room one time in the two weeks I was there,,,they don't even give you toilet paper,,,I'm serious no toilet paper bring your own !!! Horrible I wouldn't even give this place a one star,,,no wonder why this place doesn't get any customers,,,stay somewhere else,,the rooms are not worth 200 week ,,,dirty outdated rooms,,,the owners are not friendly at all,,,I am telling you to keep driving past this motel!! It would be the best thing you have ever done in your life,,,there's bed bug infestation there also,,,the sheets have blood stains on them from bed bugs,,,and I would go towards greendale Indiana and stay down that way ,,,I would give this place a zero if possible,,,the owners are money hungry people who are rude and nasty people,,,they definitely will have to shut down from the unsanitary condition's at this motel if the board of health ever...

The Hillcrest Inn Motel is without a doubt the WORST motel I have ever stepped foot into. Do NOT stay at this motel! You would be safer and cleaner sleeping in a roadside ditch. It is filthy, outdated, and infested with bed bugs. I dropped my keys behind the dresser and moved the dresser to retrieve them. What I found under the dresser was horrifying. Along with a large amount of dust covered trash was a huge knife covered in dried blood. We contacted the local police who, after examining the knife, informed us that it's the type of knife that goes on the end of a gun. The officer promptly took the knife into evidence in case it was involved in a crime. ||||Before contacting the police about the knife, we had went straight to the motel owner whose first words after telling him about the knife and bed bugs were "NO refunds". He was one of the most unpleasant, rude, and creepy people I have ever met in my life. Instead of being treated with concern, compassion and hospitality, we were met with hostility, anger, and threats. We were at the motel for less than an hour and were ultimately denied a refund. In the end, I suppose it was worth paying money just to get the heck out of there. ||||You couldn't pay me to stay in this hotel. My advice to you? Take your money and run......

Have stayed here for 2 weeks. The staff is creepy and too nosey. They are not polite. They have been up in my business since I got here. They keep asking about my dog and I've only got one that can't walk anymore or barely moves. The first few days of staying here the fridge, microwave and now today the AC took a crap. I reported it to front desk and the owner came at me some type of way insinuating that I purposely damaged or broke them. The appliances are 30 years old and the place is so dated and disgusting. They need to learn how to properly treat their guest. I'm very disappointed with the staff and lack of courtesy. We've stayed here 2 days with no microwave, no fridge AC with it being nearly 80 degrees outside. They want to keep charging $80 per night even though we only have a bed and TV and shower. Which we are thankful for that. But come on people get it together. Hands down worst experience staying at any motel I've ever stayed at. Go somewhere else folks! Pay a little extra at Holiday Inn or Comfort suites for a better and cleaner room and better customer service. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will never stay here again. All they have been is RUDE.....RUDE ...and more RUDE! Fix up your dumpy motel and learn how to treat...
