Little Ossipee Lake Campground — Hotel in Waterboro

Great seasonal campground. Very well maintained. Owners have really changed this place. They added more sites, a pool, and rec hall with laundry facilities. They aren't just handicap accessible. They are very handicap friendly. The pool has a lift to be sure all are able to use it. The bathrooms include real handicap showers. They have programs for adults and children. There's a playground and basketball courts. The lake is just across the street and is beautiful. The eagles and hawks visit often to fish. They have limited boat slips available for rent, and a public boat launch is very close. There is gate for security. There is a convenience store just a short walk away. The owners are wonderful and go out of their way to make sure everyone is safe and having a good stay. Very dog friendly!...

I have been a seasonal renter for 6 years, I cannot say enough about the other campers and owners, we LOVE here! People are so friendly and we all have so much fun, always activities goin on under the activities tent, from cornhole, to bingo to dances to great theme parties, and holiday buffets and potlucks! Dave and Maryellen are just terrific owners and always make us feel comfortable and at home! They just expanded and will soon have new sites available and a brand new built in pool!! Home away from home. This is a summer campground. My parents have a summer home on a beautiful lot. Clean bathrooms and shower facilities, boat launch, lake access, swimming pool the fun holidays are all celebrated during the summer months they are open; Halloween, Christmas ect it's so well put together and adult activities and get togethers bonfires, Luaus. Everyone is so nice and its pet friendly to top it off. I look forward to the fun times spent all year and can't wait until paradise...
