I recently stayed at a hotel and I am thrilled to say that the staff here were simply amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and polite greetings, making me feel right at home. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and informative, providing me with all the necessary details about the hotel facilities and amenities. They also went the extra mile to recommend great restaurants and places to visit in the area. They were always available to help with any requests and always approached their work with a friendly and positive attitude. During my recent stay at a hotel, I was impressed with the room I stayed in. The ambiance of the room was well-coordinated, with matching furnishings and decor that created a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, offering supportive pillows, crisp sheets, and a plush comforter, ensuring a peaceful night's rest throughout my stay. The room had enough space and amenities for my needs. The flat-screen TV had many cable channels to choose from, and the free Wi-Fi allowed me to keep in touch with work and family. The bathroom was clean and well-appointed with fluffy towels, a spacious countertop, and an ample supply of essential toiletries that refreshed and rejuvenated my body after a long day. I appreciated the small touches like the soft bathrobe and slippers that made me feel pampered and special. The room had plenty of natural light and good views. The floor-to-ceiling windows allowed me to enjoy the scenery and bask in a natural glow, creating a feel-good ambiance that lifted my spirits. The air conditioning was fantastic, providing a comfortable and consistent temperature despite the hot weather outside. Overall, my stay in the hotel room was fantastic. We got to the hotel we were hesitant about staying here because the place looked rundown and it was not in a great location. We went in the room to check to see if the room was clean and there we cockroaches in the bathroom and the tv was broken it didn't work. They saw we had a dog with us because we had called ahead of time to ask if they were pet friendly and they were ok with us having our dog. We asked over the phone if they had a fee for dogs because other hotels charge like $10 for each pet. This place was trying to charge us $200 for the dog for 1 night on top of our fee for the room. We told the guy there we wanted out money back and he was like let me show you another room before I give you your refund and we were like no we want to leave your hotel is not clean. he got mad because we said his room was dirty. We called the website we requested the room thru to tell them what we were going thru and they said the hotel was not picking up the phone and as we watched them we could see the phone ringing and they would just see it and hang up the phone. This place has no integrity and respect for the people that stay there. We are currently waiting for the hotel to give us our refund and the hotel keeps saying they will not give us our refund for the room even if we didn't stay there. I dont remember this place specially with covid -19 going on it trashy and the owner is rude and disrespectful. Avoid this place you dont need the drama...

The room was heavily perfumed, making my eyes burn and sleeping difficult. In the morning my sinuses hurt and I had trouble breathing. The pillows were tiny and lumpy and very thin blankets, making the bed very uncomfortable. One ceiling tile was removed above the shower, exposing the plumbing for the room above; we put it back in place. The lamp and refrigerator were plugged into a power strip that was plugged into a bad outlet so we had to wiggle the cords to make a connection, so the refrigerator was warm and had standing water in the bottom. The TV and cable cord were completely disconnected, so we had to figure that out. Although the room darkening curtains did completely cover the windows, the parking lot is so lit up that the light shone in above the window, keeping the room lit up all night. The owner wouldn't let us in the front door without a mask, which normally wouldn't bother me, but neither she nor her children returned the courtesy. After the room was paid for, we were informed that " because of covid" there would be no breakfast, coffee or ice...
