Kim's Guest Cottage — Hotel in Weaverville

This not newly constructed. It is an old musty and moldy trailer. I noticed the smell the moment I walked in. I also saw a molded lamp shade and furniture that had mold coated on it! There is an inch of dust and dirt under all the furniture. We had nowhere to stay and were stuck here for two nights. I had to clean the bathroom and kitchen before using either. I started sneezing after being there one night. When we informed the owners why we need to leave, they were very argumentative and didn't want to allow us to leave. Finally after 4 phone calls we left. We left in such a hurry we forgot about $50 in groceries and a few other things. They informed us they'd thrown them away. The owners need to bulldoze this trailer and rebuild, it is disgusting and shouldn't be rented as it is a health hazard. We should have been refunded the total price for the...

We rented Kim's cottage for three weeks. It was very clean and comfortable. It is a great country setting with easy access to Ashville and the surrounding area. The proprietor's Kim and Brian are as delightful as their cottage. We had friends join us for the weekend and the three bedrooms and two baths worked very well.
