Historic Jasmine Wedding & Event Venue — Hotel in West Point

From the moment my fiance (now husband) and I first visited Historic Jasmine, we fell in love with it. It felt like a fantasy location and the landscaping was a dream. Ashton and Don were such a pleasure to work with. Their level of professionalism exceeded my expectations. They were more than accommodating. They had a wedding the night before, with the couple spending the night and you would not have been able to tell at all based on how put together everything was when we showed up for the day of our wedding. I had no wedding planner or coordinator for my wedding and I had many questions leading up to the day and Ashton made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. They have everything set up and ready go to make it easier for all vendors. Outlets surround the property, so no matter where you are celebrating so that made it easy for the DJs to set up. There is a kitchen for catering to you that was away from the guests as well. Ashton provides a ton of information for layouts, linens, etc. The bridal and groom suites for getting ready were accessible and comfortable and decorated beautifully. Everywhere we went to take photos, they were amazing. I only wish I had more time to get even more photos of the amazing venue! It's stunning during the day, and at night with all of the beautiful lights decorating the property. I felt like I was having a fairy tale wedding and I couldn't have imagined a better venue. Words cannot describe how my wife and I feel about this wedding venue. The moment we walked onto the property, it was beautiful; they had a beautiful fountain at the front of the house, the lights, and of course when we met with the owners, we instantly felt welcomed. We met with Don, who spoke with us in person about the venue and did a walkthrough of the venue. We saw the two beautiful ceremony sites and appreciated the opportunity to have two spots to choose from and we also loved that they have a reception tent, which is not something that a lot of venues have included for no extra cost. We also loved the ability to have ourselves and family stay on site the night before and the night of our wedding, especially since our families were all traveling from other states. They were with us every step of the way when it came to inquiring about the venue before signing, and then after signing worked with us to find vendors that they had worked with that were amazing, etc. Don's son, Ashton, is the manager of the venue and he did an excellent job getting back to us whenever we had questions whether it was about vendors, the timeline for the wedding, etc. The day before our wedding and the day of our wedding, they worked with all of our other vendors to ensure that the day went off without any issues. I had the pleasure of coordinating a wedding here in October 2024, and had a wonderful experience. Ashton and Don made everything so easy. Leading up to the day of the wedding they made themselves available via email and phone, and were consistently responsive and courteous when fielding the questions and the requests we had for them. They provided ceremony, cocktail, and reception area layouts and photos, including creating custom ones that showed where the power outlets are located for the DJ and other vendors. During our walkthrough they were attentive to our needs and made us feel at ease about the big day. With all of that being said, this doesn’t even speak to the inherent beauty of the venue and property itself. The Bride and Groom suites have everything a wedding party could need to prepare, there are accessible bathrooms on the first floor for guests that require physical accommodations, and every space we needed was cleaned appropriately prior to our arrival. The setting itself was so beautiful that even the nonprofessional photos came out great.
