Keystone Motel — Hotel in West Sadsbury Township

Honestly I can't believe these ppl still have a job. If I was this rude even once I'd be fired ...and they are like that to everyone everyday. I know the person that wrote, "nice staff" can not be a real person. The bar tender is a nasty drunk and the maid lies. The get mad if you ask for ice and make you use the same cups the entire time you are there. Waiting for a house inspection I had to stay for a couple of weeks, am a disabled vet, paid almost 500. A week and was told go up the road n rent on rt 41. I ever said that to a client and that would be my last day. These ppl clearly know that they can do what ever they want at this astablishment. They need to be investigated. Mt towlette was clogged the entire time. There was a rodent scratching in the wall.. They did nothing about the rodent n the bartender gave me a plunger.. Lol.. then they were angry that I did it myself. Hello when the staff is so nastey you don't push a ski g for things!! Isn't that why they are nasty, cuz they are lazy and don't want you to feel free to ask for things... Disgusting example of American establishment n disgusting place. I'm calling everyone on these ppl and telling everyone to go up the rd...

Do NOT stay here!! Lived in the efficiency room for 5 months....Nothing but a bunch of drunks, drug addicts, and low lifes stay at this motel. People smoke pot right outside the room, bring rowdy people, who don't live here, around to buy drugs and drink. Management and the owner that lives here do NOTHING about it. Everyone that lives there and stay do nothing but gossip about each other. And you have low lifes that feel the need to argue and scream right outside instead of in their own rooms. NOT a place you want to bring your kids to...and the maids NEVER ONCE came to our room to give us service, but went to everyone elses room. Literally skipped right past our room every day but yet, took care of the others that were in efficiency rooms. I don't know what that was all about. If we wanted something, we had to ask. That INCLUDES clean sheets and bedding. Did they expect us to sleep in the same dirty sheets etc every night? And the woman who works the front desk (which, is inside the bar), she was arrested for not paying child support in front of everyone. Not my kind of atmosphere, people, or motel that i would ever...

I've been at this motel for over 3 months now, as work has kept me away from my home in Kentucky for longer than expected. I don't know where all these bad reviews are coming from..maybe from people who only stayed one night and didn't give it a chance?? I'm not sure, but my experience has been a pleasant one so far. I'm paying for my room weekly, and since I've stayed for over one month and no longer have to pay the room tax, I'm only paying $270.00 per week. The rooms are simple, but have all the necessities needed. The housekeeper is a super friendly, lovely woman. The front desk clerks/bartenders have all been wonderful, with the exception of one. There's a small restaurant in the bar at the motel, and several other restaurants and a wal-mart nearby, so it's extremely convenient. All in all--I'm very pleased with Keystone Motel, and would highly reccommend it to anyone looking for a sensible...
