We go to a family reunion in the hills of Potter County about every two years. I've been going since I was a kid, about 40 years.||Since I was a grownup, we have stayed at a number of hotels on the area. First we tried a place in Westfield, it was unsatisfactory. I signed the non smoking pledge when I signed in, but I noticed the parking lot was full of contractors’ trucks. ||Our minimally furnished two bed room was clean but had that long-ago smoky smell that never really goes away. ||Its a small one story motel with an inside hallway, with breakfast offered. ||Not the end of the world, but disappointing. We stayed, since there were no other nearby options, but we wouldn’t...
