While visiting your casino in Montgomery AL.qe were told that we each had a ten dollar food voucher. So after playing for 5 hrs we decided to eat at Lucille's eatery located inside your casino which is open 24 hours 7 days a week. We stood out of the way looking at the menu. As we were ready to walk inside a gentleman who I assume is the manager came up to the entrance and roped it off and said they were closing. That he needed to clean very rudely. We stood there looking at the people in line and there was no sign saying they were closing no announcement they were closing. There was in fact a sign saying open 24 hrs 7 days a week. We watched as other people went in and got in line so we did the same. He spoke to the cashier and loudly said they are not getting anything from the kitchen before it was our turn to order. We had already been in line over 30 mins at this point watching other customers being served. I feel we were discriminated against due to our skin color. We were the only 2 people in the place that was white. So after approaching the counter she told us they were not serving kitchen food. We could get chips instead but that was all they were offering. We immediately went to the players club to complain and was told they were outside venders. However they are serving your guest inside your casino. Representing your casino. We were told to call the number on our players card. So to try to get the situation rectified and to at least have someone make me feel better about it that's what we did which of course was a recorded greeting. We were told to leave a message and phone number and our players card number. That's how they handle the problem. What a joke. After spending $600.00 in your casino we were unable to use the $10.00 food vouchers that expires in 24 hrs. There was no one in the casino that could make it right. Hard to believe there is such lousy customer service in your establishment.
