Quite a bit of open beach here for camping, fires ONLY allowed in firepans and the few developed pits. there is a table here and bathrooms as well. A great spot to launch your boats to hit a few extra waves before timezone. also decent fishing here and you will find lots of other campers during the busy times of the year. I've visited Shorts Bar multiple times throughout the years. It's great. Lots of parking, public restrooms, beautiful view, lots of sand. Some people camp on the beach.
