Just had a family wedding down the road from here this past weekend. Our mom so graciously booked a few rooms for us on the wedding block of rooms. She and our in laws went in the Monday before the wedding (5/27) to be told no one has booked any rooms on the block and they did not have anyone’s reservation. Knowing that we needed rooms booked for Friday and/or Saturday night, my mom made sure to clarify that there was no previous booking and her card would not be charged. They confirmed that the rooms were under the correct peoples names and that she would not be charged for holding the rooms for us.

Saturday morning (6/1) comes and my mom is charged for the rooms that she canceled with the front desk on 5/27 and they refuse to refund her. She did not even have a room in this hotel. This is fraud and theft. Because of their own misunderstanding of what our party needed- they still took her money and refuse to refund it.

Do not stay here or trust this hotel with your private information as they have clearly proven to be sketchy and are THIEFS! HORRIBLE customer service!!! Your hotel will end up like the one across the...

We made a block for our wedding months in advance, went into the hotel in person the week of to make sure they had our reservations and they said they had nothing but come time they double booked rooms and charged my moms card for them. We also asked them if we do end up getting double booked will we get a refund and the lady at the desk told us yes but now they do not want to refund anything and are being very unprofessional. They are putting the blame on the customers who were already concerned about the situation before even staying there. They were very rude and they also had everyone’s names misspelled or not even right so not only were we confused they were as well and nobody there had any clue what they were doing. I wasn't sure what to expect when I found this place on Google. It was late. I was in a part of the country I'm not familiar with, and I was tired. Not only was the place beautiful, exceptionally clean and modern, they had a few Healthy Choice microwaveable items, so I could enjoy an easy dinner in my room. The room was spacious. The pillows were so awesome, I removed the cases to discover the brand, so I could buy my own. (Of course I put them back on.) The only disappointment I had was in the free breakfast. There was no protein offered, only the usual assortment of bread, sugar laden yogurts and waffles. Now that I'm borderline diabetic, I had to eat elsewhere, but still, I would return. Besides that, the night manager was very nice....
