Three Brothers Ranch — Hotel in Willis

The welcoming was short lived (( lived there for 5 months via contract Sept-Feb )), started off pretty good until we started noticing things, which lesson learn CHECK EVERYTHING. Leaks from the ceiling in the bathroom weren't properly "fixed" all he did was use bandage methods. Was told "I'll order parts" that's all we got from him, no new part was ever added just wood after the tape ripped off eventually from the first time we mentioned it. Furniture came torn already, which was hidden underneath a blanket so you wouldn't notice it right away, suken floors near the door, leaky ceilings/walls, mold everywhere, and came with an already broken stove ((Pictures of proof posted below)) Paying 1,000 a month is a rip off for what you get espcially with the unbothered upkeep and major health risks. The rv is falling apart from the inside out, these rv needs to go ASAP.

On top of all that there was also a another huge issue which was the LEAKING SEPTIC that was NEVER fixed even though we mentioned that to him as well. Now with all that being said, we did leave peacefully. Even washed and cleaned up, also offered up a bigger items we had no need for. May God's will keep these review up to forwarn any new comers from choosing to live here for any amount of time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Peaceful Country Getaway – My Favorite Spot Near Conroe

This cozy little property off FM 3081 is an absolute hidden gem! Located out in the peaceful countryside between Conroe and Willis, it’s the perfect spot if you’re looking to unwind away from the hustle and bustle, while still being close enough to town when needed (about 20–30 minutes in either direction).

The property is gated and fully fenced, giving you a great sense of privacy and security. You get your own remote to open and close the gate, so you can come and go as you please. The cottages are quaint, clean, and just the right size—ideal for one or two people, with some larger options available. Inside, everything you need is right there: a hot plate, microwave, comfy bed, and thoughtful little touches that make it feel like home.

What makes this place truly special are the animals and the relaxing country atmosphere. There’s a beautiful white horse, a hilarious donkey who’ll give you a good laugh when he gets spooked and lets out a loud yell, and a bunch of chickens (with a rooster that makes sure you know when the sun’s coming up!). I even had the chance to feed the chickens—it was such a unique and enjoyable experience.

Walter, the host, is incredible. He’s on the property daily, taking care of the animals, keeping everything in top shape, and making sure guests are happy and comfortable. He’s genuinely kind, welcoming, and clearly puts a lot of heart into this place.

At only $50+ a night, this place is a total steal. Whether you’re passing through or just looking for a quiet retreat in nature, this spot is everything you need....

Do not stay here these people are dishonest! And when you put your review they will delete you and block you. Their cabins are full of mold and they stole our deposit claiming they had to buy new carpet when there's no carpet and they can't bother to wash the towels or sheets they just use your deposit to buy more. They threw the trash from the cabin into my son's track after he got a lung infection from the mold! This place is a serious health risk and legally they are supposed to send me a receipt with the itemized detail on what they spent my $700 deposit on and they refuse to respond. This place is the reason why so many people are scared to use rental units because people are so dishonest! They claim to be Christians and then they'll steal from you and ignore you. I'm a single mom and they stole $700 from me. They claim it was for new sheets and new towels and a mattress which they also threw into my son's truck but what they're actually probably using it for is to fix the mold that they just paint over.
