The Inn at Quail Run — Hotel in Wilmington

12 of us stayed in the guest house house (right side of the Inn) for the weekend. There were 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. Upstairs are the bedrooms, 3 rooms for couples, 2 of the rooms share a bathroom. The master bedroom is HUGE with a king and 3 single beds. There is a cot in the hallway too. The master bedroom has a HUGE bathroom. The kitchen/dining area is spacious. Perfect for family dinners. There is a hot tub off the living room deck, but, that is shared with the other side of the Inn too. Also there is a "common area" in between the two sides. That includes pool table, air hockey and a bathroom (no shower). The pool table is missing balls, sticks are broke, but overall it was nice. The biggest complaint we had was the oven was horrible. It didn't heat up properly. We tried to bake cookies, normally would take 15mins at 375. Took 1 hour at 450degrees. Mt. Snow is about 15min drive and downtown Dover, with some restaurants is about a 5-7min drive. Would rent again, just wish the...

Fantastic stay at the Inn at Quail Run! we had 13 women staying for a bachelorette party and what a fun party it was. Just about everyone had their own bedroom and private bath… a couple of people chose to bunk together and luckily a there are bedrooms with two beds in the room! The beautiful large inground heated pool was the best! We also made use of the hot tub, the huge commercial kitchen, the barbecue area and all the amenities in the game room and huge TV/card room. everything was immaculate and we all were so comfortable there! The Inn is located in a great area and we were able to visit great restaurants, attend a cajun music festival, hike, have brunch at Dots, and explore the beautiful town of Wilmington and the surrounding towns The hosts are so warm and friendly. Not a good experience with this place. Charged for the one night 2 days before even arriving. Notified day of arrival via text we would have to check ourselves in as the person who would be checking us in was in ill and the other person was out of town. Upon arrival. keys were not where we were told they would be. Tried calling person who sent text, but took several tries due to lack of service in that area.

Another couple checking in at same time wondered through and found them in another location of the facility.

We went to the room assigned and immediately decided not to stay. Room was very small, furniture is in need of replacement or repairs, no phone or internet service, and the biggest issue was safety. The lock on the room door was just the doorknob lock. which is not safe at all.
