I did not like showing up at a hotel that dominantly rents rooms to people with dogs. I showed up, my room was comfortable, and the dog next door kept barking and barking and barking. It was a day of a storm (July 2)and I was trying to get sleep after being awake for almost the whole 24 hours. I had worked at work for 12 hours, and I had a 10-hour trip to the hotel. The hotel manager, Trudy, did move me to another room and again there was dogs on that floor as well. I'm going to really have to think about this next time when I book at this hotel. The other consideration is there was a full tourist bus of young ladies who were there on some type of retreat and they were very noisy. They were uncontrolled as they ran, jumped and yelled through the hallways. I was quite delighted when they left the next day. The hotel itself has plenty of parking. It only has one elevator and two stairwells. The hallways and common spaces were very clean. Both rooms I as assigned were immaculately clean and wonderful. Thank you to the hotel staff who takes care of that stuff. The breakfast was a little light on hot proteins. I felt that from my price, it should have had a little bit more choices other than eggs and sausage everyday. They have yogurts, lots of pastries, a waffle machine, breads and cereal type things for those who like carbs. Coffee was weak but available 24/7. At the time I was there, there was a group that was out back gambling with lots of physical money by the poolside while barbecuing. I kind of felt that was inappropriate, so that leaves me a concern about the security. The pool and hot tub themselves were very clean and well maintained. There are no real restaurants that you can go to close by to this location. And on the holiday (July 4) there was little to nothing you could travel to unless you went to the Belgrade lakes to get something to eat. Walmart and Tractor Supply are the main shopping staples here. The hotel is located next to a hospital and close and a few gas stations. The people I like to recognize at this hotel, Stacy, Trudy and Clifford for being resourceful and managing the hotel for its customer service and maintenance. I'm sure there's lots more people that help out at this hotel but these are the three people I was mainly in contact with when I was there.

Clean comfortable room at reasonable price. I stayed here on a Sunday evening in early fall when I had a business meeting in Farmington the next day. The room itself was exactly what you’d expect for a Comfort Inn. But this hotel gets top marks for a friendly efficient staff (they called me to make sure everything was satisfactory a few minutes after I had checked in), the cleanliness of the room and the common areas, and the overall experience. Everything worked just the way it should and there were no surprises. My room was quiet(as I requested), and there were plenty of plugs available. Sure, coffee maker in the room produced a pretty poor product, but the cookie upon checking in and the nightlight (a plug-in model they provided as a courtesy since it was not hardwired) were very much appreciated. This was well worth the money and I’d stay here again without hesitation.

I recently found myself in the unfortunate situation of having to deal with a family medical emergency in Wilton, Maine. With the weight of the world on my shoulders, I checked into the Comfort Inn with my family and dog, not knowing what to expect. Little did I know that this stay would be a source of solace during a difficult time, thanks to the exceptional staff at this establishment.

From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and genuine care. Stacy and Tabitha, two of the front desk staff, went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. They were sensitive to the situation and provided me with not only a clean, comfortable room, but also compassion when I needed it the most.

As a pet owner, it is often difficult to find a place that accommodates our four-legged family members with open arms. However, the Comfort Inn in Wilton, Maine, truly understands the importance of pets during trying times. The staff treated my dog with as much kindness as they showed me, providing a pet-friendly environment that allowed us to find some comfort together.

The hotel itself was immaculate, with all the amenities one could hope for during a stay. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and the complimentary breakfast provided a nourishing start to each day. The attention to detail in maintaining the hotel's cleanliness and the dedication to providing top-notch services made my stay all the more enjoyable.

In a time of crisis, it's the small acts of kindness and understanding that can make all the difference. Stacy and Tabitha at the Comfort Inn in Wilton, Maine, are shining examples of how exceptional hospitality can lift spirits and provide solace in the midst of adversity. I cannot thank them enough for their compassion and empathy during my stay.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Comfort Inn in Wilton, Maine, to anyone in need of a warm, welcoming environment with exceptional service. Whether you are going through a personal crisis or simply in need of a comfortable place to rest, the staff at this hotel will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is a...
