HCPL- 2 Creeks — Hotel in Wimberley

Great location, beautiful views out back but really missing the mark with house maintenance. While the house had clean surfaces and floors, there is little attention or time spent on treating hard water stains and buildup. The dishwasher smelled like rotten eggs so I had to do my own sanitation cycle with baking soda, the shower curtain is stained badly and the washing machine had mold growing in the dispenser. Additionally, the coffee machine still had grounds from previous use and the kitchen window screens are caked with bugs and debris ruining the view from those windows. There are dozens of throw pillows but few bed pillows. The extra ones had no linens. Despite calling and emailing, these issues were not resolved.
