We have had the pleasure of staying at the Wandering Moose multiple times & we always look forward to going back. The house has everything you could possibly need and is newly renovated and always clean. The house is perfect for larger families or big friend groups. Plenty of space for everyone to get comfortable & be cozy. The fireplace is perfect on a winter day and the fire pit / patio are beautiful too. Biggest plus is being able to bring our fur babies with us too. It’s the perfect, quiet escape from our busy NYC life and we are thankful to have found a property we know and love. We had a wonderful stay at this house! It’s clean, beautifully updated, and very comfortable. The location is ideal—just a short walk to coffee shops at the resort, the Stratton golf course, and nearby trails. The rooms and kitchen felt fresh and spotless, and the entire neighborhood gave us a sense of safety and peace.

The hosts - David and Bonnie—were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. Our family has traveled to many countries, but this vacation stands out as one of the best. The combination of a beautiful, cozy home, the golf course being just steps away, and the perfect weather made it truly memorable.

What a beautiful house for a nice weekend getaway! The house itself was clean, modern, and homey. It was spacious to accommodate 8 people very comfortably and the amenities within the home were the cherry on top! A nice hot tub, sauna, and my favourite the swing bed downstairs. Omg and how could I forget there are old school arcade was such a good touch. The host was also very welcoming and provided great recommendations in the Winhall area.
