Dallas Rockwall RV PARK & Tiny Home Community — Hotel in Wylie

We were so confused when we finally found the RV park. We had read the reviews and looked at the pictures. We also knew it was being expanded. We pulled in and asked each other "where is the small lake, trees, adequate size pads?" We were aware of a storm that had caused damage and understood why the road was rutted. The pull thru site was narrow and we realized we either block the camper door next to us with our slide or be able put our awning out. Several rounds of gun fire was heard close by on 2 occasions. It is obvious this is a park used by longer term people. There were ducks being raised next to 1 rv! On the plus side the price was ok, the utilities were adequate and the park residents we met were helpful and friendly. I would be interested in seeing the park after expansion and renovations...

I moved in 2/01/2024. I’m big on customer service and Beverly is one of the nicest customer support she answers my calls and emails and texts. I absolutely love where I’m staying it’s so peaceful and very affordable. Everything is included in my rent WiFi and electric and water and sewage. The property is well maintained and if you have any issues they are always quick to fix. I’m close to Murphy and Rowlett and Wylie. No traffic lights to deal with and it’s close to multiple schools for the kids . I’m very happy living here and come check it out to see for yourself. I completely changed my lifestyle last Fall by downsizing to a 5th wheel permanently. After researching and visiting different parks in the area, I chose this location, and I have not regretted it! I wanted a place that was less touristy-vacation since I'd be living here and teaching full time with early hours and also working a second job remotely. It's quiet (even the expansion work to add more sites hasn't bothered me) and I LOVE the neighbors (goats, a donkey and cattle)!
