Big Timber Lodge — Hotel in Yeoman

WASTE OF MONEY!!! 1.i booked for friday to sunday to get there and the woman told me I booked from Thursday to saturday. I booked a 2 bedroom cabin and they gave my cabin to someone else. 2. The woman refused to take fault by telling me she doesnt make mistakes. 3. she felt bad cuz we had 2 babies under 1 and drove 2 hrs to get there so she stuck us in a 1 bedroom. if I didnt take this option I was out my $150 deposit with nowhere to stay. 4. the room was hot, dirty, bug infested, small and the water smells like urine, we left early cuz we didnt wanna shower in the nasty water. 5. SPIDERS EVERYWHERE there were spiders under the blanket on the pillow we had to spray the whole place with bug killer to not have them crawling on us all night or bite the babies. under the table with the tv had spider egg sacs. 6. ac unit only cools living room and kitchen leaving that room freezing while bedroom is extremely hot. 7. the bathroom is the size of a closet and had a hanging flimsy wood door that gave no privacy. 8. chairs in outdoor sitting area were not even able to be sat in the were so ripped up, u could literally see thru them and would RIP if a child sat in them. 9. all photos are outdated and misleading and not at all what u are paying for. 10. not secluded our cabin was right next to a road. 11. dock area has not been taken care of and looks very dangerous and the water is nasty around it. not for kids. 12.All the bedding had stains 13. No toilet paper no dish soap no garbage bags the sponge was old and dirty. the lady who doesnt make mistakes said she would bring us some and never did. 14. was told to clean room when I left even tho it was dirty when I got it. who pays $440 for that? 15.OVERPRICED I am so disappointed I spent so much money and we ended up leaving early cuz it was awful leaving me out more money but it was just that bad. worst experience of my life. Will NEVER return. Considering calling a city inspector because that place should not be operational...

Worst Vacation Ever. WQhen we first got there she made us pay upfront beofre we were allowed to check cabin out. but after being at indiana beach all day we were ready to just relax so we thought. The 1950 a/c blew out luke warm air, the freezer didnt work, mold growing all over wall in the bathroom and seen 2 mice in the one hour we were there. so i go talk to management she comes and says well your not getting yourmoney back you will just have to deal with it. we packed up and i am disputing it with my credit card im sure with all the pics i will have no problem getting my 588 dollars back. we ended up staying at best western yeah its a hotel but there were awesome with surcomstances. I cant beleive how rude and mean she was definatley woudlnt let anyone stay here run the other way and...

While staying there she will enter your home whenever she pleases. The cabins have roaches and spiders. If you have anyone visit she will call you to ask who is there. My key didn't work for the door so I had to leave the door unlocked. If you move any of the furniture she will have a fit. 0/10 she is a nightmare.
