My mother moved into Rainbow Village last on September 1st to pay the whole year, because you paid the whole year Diane gave her discount. Unfortunately my mother decided that she wanted to sell the place. The owner of the property that she got from my mother was paying her monthly tax due to the fact that my mother paid for the whole year. This month with the last text you would receive. So I spoke to Diane yesterday and she stated that my mom had a seven hundred and something dollars credit. Also my mom was owed one more cat from the new Resident this month. I called in a resident in a resident said that the manager of Rainbow Village stated that she had to pay her lot rent for this month and she was adding a late fee. But the money was owed to my mother. Also the manager of Rainbow Village decided to tell the new Resident that my mom did pay for the whole year but you didn't have them out enough money to pay for the whole year my mother paid $4,100 but the manager gave her a discount because you paid for the whole year. Where is the money? Why is three different stories being told? Sell my mom's out basically almost $900 and a new Resident had to pay lot rent to Rainbow Village what she was not supposed to and she had to pay a late fee great business great management. Read moreUpdate I have been having issues for MONTHS with plumbing and have spent at least a thousand dollars out of pocket for what turns out to be the parks plumbing - all documentation has been sent to the manager Kevin a month ago, it is still not resolved, when your unable to use any water in your home do to a back up sewage issue this is consider an emergency and will be reported to Pasco Health Department if not resolved. I'm now told there is no Sun approved/authorized plumber that can be used, I know that Bahr's plumbing was a contracted plumber with Rainbow Village. I am done living in these conditions NO ONE should be forced to live in these conditions. A concession needs to be given all receipts have been given to the manager. I expect a phone call or an email from upper management so we can get this resolved immediately.

There have not been 6 managers, there have been 4. Sue, who was manager here for many many years, after Sue was Lee, Diane and Char. Owners are given notices when their homes are not kept up to the printed rules, these rules have changed very little in the 6 years we have lived here, notices for dirty, moldy houses and driveways, overgrown weeds, ladders, power washers non essential tools etc laying around. These rules keep our Resort beautiful. Kim K Leathers problem is that she feels the rules do not apply to her, as her Lot many times looks like a Junk yard.
