Mundaka Hostel — Hotel in El Tesoro

Great hostel where it was really easy to chill out and meet people. Previous comments mentioned not many English speakers here - but this was the charm. When people heard we were English many went out of their way to speak to us, we’re super friendly and some offered to drive us to other beaches nearby in their car (which we did and had an amazing time). Breakfast is good and healthy and the food, whilst veggie only, we also delicious. They have a pool table and table tennis table, other games, a tv room, great kitchen facilities and plenty of outdoor space. Evening fire pits, afternoon dj chill sets and generally relaxed feel made our stay here great! Only negatives were the bathrooms really need an upgrade - bit gross - and the location is a good 20-30 minute walk to the beach and bars/restaurants of La Barra. Otherwise we had...

Amazing experience! Absolutely loved everything about it! The staff is super friendly and willing to accomodate for specific requests! The location is perfect cause it's close and far enough to offer both proximity to the cool spots as well as peace and quiet! I've stayed at many hostels around the world and can say that this is by far one of the coolest! Super cool and trendy vibe! Great bang...

Beautiful space but not great if you’re looking to be social and meet other travellers. Wifi isn’t great in the dorm rooms, breakfast is okay but nothing special (3 pieces of bread w/ jam).
