Upon arrival, a nice lady welcomed us and told us the price per room which was ok and standart according to the region. Then she showed us the room which was clearly below average. Not so bad since we planned to stay one night only anyway. The next morning during check-out, there was another lady in the lobby asking for DOUBLE the money than what was agreed the night before which was a ridiculois high price for this kind of room. Mala atención, reserve una habitación por un precio y cuando fui a hospedarme me dijeron que había un error y me cobraron $500 más de lo acordado ni siquiera me hicieron un descuento por el error que fue de ellos, teniéndome que quedar porque estaba todo lo demas ocupado, creo que se aprovechan de eso para cobrarte más. La habitación poco aislada del ruido pasada las 10 de la noche se escuchan las discusiones entre el personal en la administración, la persona que queda en administración con el volumen de la tele alta y se escucha todo de la habitación. En la habitación la cama es incómoda y el baño no tiene casi presión de agua. Si pedís boleta con RUT te quieren cobrar 10% más y no aceptan otra forma de pago que no sea efectivo. No...
