Grand Royal Hotel 3+ — Hotel in Jizzax

This family hotel was a very nice stay. The welcome was friendly and they prepared a meal for us although they fire say the restaurant was closed. The shashlik were excellent. The room was clean and agréable. The comfort was ok, with a bed on the firm side. Surprisingly, we have slept with no A/C, with just the window open; in the afternoon, the temperature was around 40C … but the best equipment of the hotel is the pool: an incredible pleasure after a day riding...

We had a meeting over lunch. Apart from the fact that they had only 35-40% of what is mentioned on their menu, the service was very poor -- they made us wait for our meals for 50 minutes instead of the promised 15 minutes. The restaurant itself is actually a nice facility in an Alpine style. ||||P.S. My colleagues, who stayed there the same day we dined, informed that due to electricity shortages they couldn't use bathrooms...

We rented the pool for our family for 3 hours. We also ordered lunch here. The pool was amazing. The staff provided us with towels and a couple floaty pool toys. The pool doesn't have a shallow side though, the depth is about 6ft across the whole pool. The food service was very slow. And many menu options were not available. We placed a large order at 2pm. Food wasn't served...
