Rano Eco Village — Hotel in Kyzyltog

Before booking all included I've asked what time I can get massages and other treatments but in the end we got them all in a messed up time and could even end up not getting a massage at all. There plenty of people and only one Balenese girl doing that massage sessions. She was not in facilities even if massage was prepaid before arrived as well as a yoga session so we argued with staff abd got 30 min prepaid massages only next day in the morning. Yoga guru left that day and came back and left again... so there was no yoga session as promised. Another part is treatment: never buy prepaid all included session. They charge too much for 30 min massage and 30 min hot tub. The other 3rd treatment supposed to be some kind of very good for health tub, but I found out it's a regular tub they put some oil in the water after filling water in it, and surroundings look like a hospital. So don't expect to see anything that looks better than a hospital and disappointment with scheduling your prepaid services. Ecofirm - only goose. The cozy sauna they had on photos on Instagram they didn't offer us at all. When we asked why they didn't schedule sauna for us, they replied cause it's a separate option. I'm sure it was fully booked already or simply didn't operate. So don't trust their marketing this place is overpriced. My grandmother regularly goes to "sanatoriy" semi-hospital rehab places, they look very similar, but more affordable. My opinion is, If you are not babushka, choose something else. Or go but never get all included and make sure to buy and take lot of food with you. Otherwise you will be bored and starving even if they will provide you food 3 times a day you will need snacks on a fresh air. I hope my review will be helpful for people who might expect something nice from this experience. Beleive me, you won't! The room was small, beds were hard and toilet smelled. The shared tea pot near bedrooms where everyone supposed to drink a tea was either broken or something else but I've seen multiple people near it trying to get a tea but they were not able too. The cafe was ok and surroundings too. There is no bar or Cafe where you could but delicious food. Only regular Cafe with a taste like an airplane food, which is prepsid. I have been to many relaxing places in the Tashkent mountains, but Rano eco-village is the best. Firstly, it's affordable, very good location, services and delicious food, kind and caring people and fresh and cool air. I celebrated my birthday with family, including kids, being there for 3 days. Kids had fun playing around in the kids' zone, then watching cartoons, singing karaoke, and cooking marshmallows on the fire in the evening. You can even put on your favorite songs, cook marshmallows, dance, and enjoy your time. Oh, I almost forgot there is a big clean pool as well. We enjoyed our stay there.
