GRAND M — Hotel in Navoiy City

I stayed there for 2 night.||Small but nice and clean room with well decorated. Bathroom also good enough.||||Please refer that they provide standard single size bed for standard room.||It means if you are bigger than average, it might be small for you. ||and hotel is 3 stroy building but no elevator. so you have to ask room in first floor if you have big luggage.||||They provide fairly good speed wifi in each room.||Their breakfast looks small but not bad to eating and good service.||||Hotel looks boutique hotel because of good interior.||||Ah...they have incredibly nice Gym...||||All of the above, all staffs are good in english and very kind and helpful||||and They provide free sending service for airport with very new and nice car..||||I wish I could find this kind of hotel in Tashkent!||||I will stay again if I come to Navoy again and strongly...

We had tasted a few dishes. Personnel professional but very cold. The waitress not the kind I like in a good restaurant. |To the food point now. |We ordered a pizza margharita. In the menu there was only tomato sauce cheese and basil and they added olives which totally changed the taste. |In the stake initially I ordered a rib eye only to find out that there was not one available after ten minutes.. I took a peoper stake which was ok and properly cooked. |Regarding the kebab there was a misunderstanding there as well and they brought meat kebab while we requested minced meat kebab. Hotel was clean, modern, new, and very luxurious. Great (large) breakfast buffet with good coffee. Spa. Clearly the best hotel in town. ||||But I can't say enough about the helpfulness of Farrouqk at the front desk. He helped us get rooms for colleagues at a busy time and later helped us to find and book a car and driver to Tashkent during a holiday period when all the trains were full. He was incredibly kind and professional and went the extra mile to see that our every need was met. We will ensure our company always books this hotel for trips to Navoi...
