Booked our stay in this hotel way before my arrival and got confirmation from their end either. Accommodation was prepaid. Reality turned out to be nightmare. After reaching Qarshi at midnight and trying to check in Eldor(so called manager) stated due to some miscommunication between colleagues our rooms were not booked properly so they are "very sorry" .... instead of trying their best hotel management offered us 2* hotel on the outskirts of the city. No thank you ... This "hotel" worth to be called nothing else but HOSTEL. Does not worth even a cent of your money. Absolutely arrogant manager who does not feel sorry for the inconvenience and not willing to correct the situation. You have been warned.
