COMFORT-HOTEL-U — Hotel in Samarkand City

It's a review which I don't want to write as I don't want any business to suffer but at the same time I carry the responsibility to protect the customers and my followers as well. This is not like the place you might see on a web site. They confirmed to me the price of 60 USD two months before my arrival via email. I made a direct booking with the hotel. It includes a luxury room with breakfast and early check in. When I rang the hotel from Dubai to make sure all was well, they said we cannot do it at this price. You have to pay another 30 USD. I was left with no other option so I negotiated an extra 20 usd. On arrival, I requested for an extra water bottle and it was declined. The next morning I got to the restaurant at 0950 and I was told that I cannot sit for more than 10 minutes as breakfast time will finish at 1000. We requested an omelette as there was nothing else to eat as fresh. We were served with a pathetic omelette, dry and yellow. Bread was like wood, as it might be left there for days. Remember I was the only person in the restaurant. The coffee machine was broken and they gave us one cup of coffee to be divided between us. There was no hospitality and courtesy by the staff. This is a hospitality business and it was very clear that I don't even know the very basics of it. The room was a good size and that was the only positive. No elevator, no one is available to carry the luggage on 2nd floor, fancy elegant looking hotel but service not so much. Customer service does not require time in the hospitality industry.
