I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was peaceful, the service was excellent, and everything was well managed. A special thanks to Nazira she welcomed me with a warm smile and genuine kindness. She truly represents the heart of hospitality. Nazira made my visit feel more personal and memorable. Dear Hilton Garden Inn Management,
I hope this message finds you well. My name is Umair Naseem, and I stayed at your hotel on 25-07-2025, in Room No. 508. I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration with the breakfast service I experienced during my stay.
On the morning of July 25th, I arrived at the breakfast area around 9:00 AM, expecting a standard Hilton-level breakfast. Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. There was almost no food available — the only option was to place an order with the chef for eggs. All other items were either finished or possibly not placed at all. It was difficult to tell whether the food had run out early or was never served in the first place.
Additionally, there was no milk even for coffee, and when I raised this with a staff member, I was simply told that it had finished. No replacement was brought out, and no effort was made to provide an alternative.
I fully understand that supplies may run low closer to the end of service, but this occurred at 9:00 AM, well before the 10:00 AM cutoff. Several guests, including myself, were left waiting and disappointed, with no meaningful response from the hotel staff. It felt unorganized and highly unprofessional—something I did not expect from the Hilton brand.
This experience has unfortunately left a negative impression, and I urge you to review the breakfast management and service standards at this property to ensure no other guests face such disappointment in the future.

Read moreThe room is great, though I was lied to when I asked if the ac is working (It was in winter, the rooms in hotels are usually very hot, which inherently is not a bad thing but I cannot sleep in a warm room, they told me the ac works but it didn't, thankfully they had balcony, slept with the balcony door open.
Either I was really tired or the bed is made from horse's hair, just amazing (sarcasm, it is probably not made from horse's hair, just wanna say good).

The glasses near the free water bottle was not clean, it had some type of juice.
The bathroom, or shower to be more accurate is bad, water sips out from the shower room, a little design flaw... But overall great.
Only cold water in the bidet, had to use the old Uzbek trick with the plastic water bottle full of pthalates.
Only one slippers, and the cheap ones... The first pair was ruined during the shower.
Don't expect too much from breakfast, just plain old simple breakfast made from plain old simple, and cheap ingredients, got sausages, eggs, and chicken.
Cooks were ok, though they mostly use salt to give taste to food which Im not a fan of.
I'm not a coffee man, but I think that was a robusta, too bitter for an arabica I would say.
The milk used for the coffee is as follows: tastes like the cow ate only corn and soymeal from the day it was born, hasn't even tasted the real milk from her mom.
(It is 100% not bad when you consider the money you pay, ie: you get what you paid for)
I'm an Uzbek citizen, so I didn't care about the location
