IZZA PALACE HOTEL — Hotel in Tashkent Region

We stayed at Izza palace on 20-21 oct and stay was very comfortable. Hotel is very well located and through easy availability of cabs makes rest of the city easily accessible. Room and bathrooms are clean and properly managed. Breakfast was decent and since we are vegetarians, staff happily obliged to arrange vegetarian food for us.

Staff is very helpful, esp at reception Camila (you always find her with a smiling face and soft voice) who is very approachable and nice lady, provided us with very useful travel information which helped us save us...

Very bad experience. Been there for 14 days and felt like jail. The staff are unprofessional( kamron in front desk is good). Manager don’t no difference between soup and vegetables curry. All staff belongs to one family. No internet connection No tv connection with dish No cold water most of time Behavior of staff was very bad They will not allow anything from out side and then you need to ask staff to buy on 120% extra charges There couldn’t be poor hotel more then this. My suggestion please book...

Love this hotel, best in tashkent, staff is very good. House keeping team, reception team all are very generous. Specifically the manager mr.jasurl is very concerned about the peoples staying inside the hotel actually he is looking personally to every single person.
