Marhabo Hotel Palace — Hotel in Tashkent Region

This hotel is in a very strange set of circumstances. It is a big new hotel that has elements of greatness, but is hindered by lack of business. The reason for the lack of business is because it is in the middle of nowhere. However there is a restaurant right next door but other than that you are isolated. The nearest supermarket is a 20 minute drive by car. What was surprisingly good was the breakfast. I expected the breakfast would not be good because they're so few customers in the hotel, but actually it was a good breakfast. So for the money it was a good deal if you can tolerate...

The hotel itself is good, rooms and entities are nice, and the front office guy 'Jahongir' he is very helpful and have welcoming attitude. However there is very bad room service and bad foos buffet and bad staff response. No covid-19 precautions. They'll not clean your room everyday, they don't change bedsheets / towels everyday, and if you want food in your room they'll not provide it. You can't use the gym and swimming pool (they only let Uzbek or Russian people let in 😡) 4 star cut for the service and discrimination. I'll not recommended anyone...
