Hirot Hotel Tashkent — Hotel in Tashkent

Only good thing about this hotel is the guys waiting in reception. But even with them, it is hard to obtain your needs. My reservation couldn’t be confirmed when I first arrive due to managerial problems because there are plenty of workers and also managers who do not talk to each other. It is very far away from point of interests and there are not too many places that you can have your lunch or dinner close by except for the mall which is still in contstruction and therefore does not have too many options. You need to pay for bottled water which is offered for free even in the worst hotels and it came to me as a shock. The room was clean and tidy when I first arrive, but the cleaning during my stay was not properly done, they didn’t clean the bathroom floor at all. No available hotel slippers exist within the room unless you specifically ask for it. There is a gas station nearby and it almost always smells horrible. Wouldn’t recommend if you are not in...

A little far off from any tourist spot, you’d have to take a cab to get to the city center. The closest train station is also quite a walk away, so a can is the only practical option.

Nonetheless, rooms are quite spacious and clean enough. Service is friendly.
