Marmaris Hotel — Hotel in Tashkent

Great service!!!

They were very responsive online and arranged the FREE pick up from the airport very professionally and it was in the best car by far I had taken in Uzbekistan. The previous time I came to Tashkent I booked a hotel that was closer to the airport but they ignored my several messages and emails and getting a Yandex at the airport is quite confusing so I would definitely recommend this hotel for a late flight.

The staff is also extremely kind when I checked in! Also, they speak good English. A completely different experience to the other hotel I stayed in Tashkent.

Some of the guests make noise late at night and early in the morning so you might not be able to get a good night sleep. I have encountered this in other hotels in Uzbekistan too. Also, the breakfast was quite messy with many times not having clean plates or cups or cutlery. Also, they don't dry them before putting them back for the customers to take.

Be aware that it's also quite far from the city centre. Around 40-50000 soms. But it does not take that long if there is no traffic jam.

Hotel service by manager, a local Uzbek man, who wasn’t even give his name was below substandard service. I am a Ambassador at Marriott and a Hilton Diamond member, I travel the World!, I spent 200 nights a year all over the world mostly Marriott or Hilton, I am appalled has to have poor service provided to my wife and children by the hotel manager, who hides his name. I had a wonderful stay at Marmaris Hotel Tashkent. The location near the airport is very convenient, but what truly stood out was the excellent service. Special thanks to Sevinch, Adolat, Abdul Basid, and the entire team for their warm hospitality.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was impressive (with even dry fruits included), and the massage was excellent after a long journey. The staff even helped me book my onward flight to Azerbaijan.

This hotel truly offers service beyond five-star standards at very reasonable rates. Highly recommended for anyone...
